【摘要】 系统思维作为一种思维方式在古代先哲们的思想中已有雏形,伴随着20世纪40年代系统科学的产生,现代系统思维也应运而生。在现代社会各方面关联度越来越高的今天,这一思维方式不仅为研究和解决一系列现实问题和难题,提供了新的思考方法和新的发展模式,同时也为现代科学思维增添了新的时代内容。自中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会召开以来,习近平在新的历史时期,带领着新的领导集体和全国人民,迈向中国特色社会主义的新征程,将系统思维运用于深化改革、战略布局、内政外交等治国理政的各方面,取得了举世瞩目的成就,使得马克思主义中国化迈向新台阶。可以说,深入研究习近平治国理政的系统思维,有利于更好地探究科学的思维方法、形成系统的思维模式,并以此为切入点,构建对中国特色社会主义理论与实践的认识体系。本文以习近平治国理政中体现的系统思维为主轴,紧紧围绕“生成”、“运用与呈现”、“理论贡献与实践意义”等主线展开。即在明确习近平治国理政系统思维的科学内涵基础上,围绕“生成”挖掘其现实依据,阐述系统思维在习近平治国理政中的运用与呈现,概括出习近平治国理政系统思维的理论贡献与实践意义。首先,对本文的相关概念进行阐释。通过对“治国理政”、“系统思维”等概念的界定,进一步明晰习近平治国理政系统思维的本质意涵,总结其所具有的主要特征。其次,从思想渊源、实践基础和主体因素等方面探究其生成逻辑。具体而言,习近平治国理政的系统思维既有深厚的理论基础,又有新的历史条件下的实践要求,同时,习近平个人的执政经验、政治品格与素养都促成了在治国理政时他对系统思维的重视与运用。再次,从立足全局视野、谋划“四个全面”战略布局,彰显协同理念、夯实“五位一体”总体布局,坚持统筹思维、外交国防共同推进这三方面进行剖析,论述系统思维在习近平治国理政中的运用与呈现。最后,对习近平治国理政系统思维在理论和实践上的价值作出具体的分析和总结,指出习近平在治国理政方面的系统思维不仅丰富了其理论内容,厚植了新时代马克思主义方法论,而且在今后战略目标与战略重点的明确、领导干部治国理政能力的提升等方面都具有现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a way of thinking,system thinking has already taken shape in the minds of ancient philosophers.With the emergence of system science in the 1940s,modern system thinking has also come into being.In today’s modern society all aspects of correlation degree is more and more high,this way of thinking is not only for research and to solve a series of practical problems and difficulties,provides a new thinking method and the new development model,as well as modern scientific thinking method to add the content of the new era.Since held the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China,Xi Jinping in the new historical period,led the new collective leadership and the people of the whole country,the new road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the application of systems thinking to deepen the reform,strategic layout,domestic and foreign affairs and so on various aspects of governing principle politics,have made remarkable achievements,make marxism to a new level.,so to speak,thinking,in-depth study of Xi Jinping in governing system is conducive to better study the thinking mode of scientific thinking method,forming system,and as the breakthrough point,to build the understanding of theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics system.This paper takes the systematic thinking embodied in Xi Jinping’s governance as the main axis and focuses on the three main lines of "generation","application and presentation" and "theoretical contribution and practical significance".In clear Xi Jinping in governing system based on the scientific connotation of thinking,the reality basis,around the "generate" mining systems thinking in Xi Jinping in governing the use and rendering,Outlines Xi Jinping in governing systems thinking theory contribution and practice significance.First of all,the paper explains the relevant concepts.By means of "governing",explains the concept of "systems thinking",clarify the Xi Jinping in the governing of the nature of the system thinking and summary from the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China held since the governing systems thinking is the main features.Secondly,from the thought origin,practice base and the main factors three aspects to explore the generation logic,both profound theoretical basis,and the practical demand for the new historical conditions,at the same time,Xi Jinping,the experience,political character and personal accomplishment is contributed to Xi Jinping in governing value and use of systems thinking.Again,from based on the global field of vision,planning strategy of "four comprehensive" layout,reveal the collaborative concept,strengthen the "five one" the overall layout,adhere to the overall thinking,foreign defense jointly promote the analyzes the three aspects,discusses the system thinking in Xi Jinping in governing the use and rendering.Finally,the Xi Jinping in governing systems thinking in the value of theory and practice to make specific analysis and the summary,pointed out that Xi Jinping in governing systems thinking not only enrich the theory of its content,strengthen the marxist methodology,new era and the strategic objectives and strategic focus in the future,leading cadres governing ability of ascension has practical guiding significance.更多还原
