基于移动应用的消防设施维保管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在消防安全工作中,消防设施起到基础性作用,并广泛应用于普通建筑之中。做好辖区内消防设施的维保工作,确保其始终处于正常状态,是云南消防总队的重要职责之一。在当今消防设施系统化、规模化趋势日益明显的今天,该单位相对传统的消防设施维保体系逐步暴露出诸多漏洞。受制于人力以及财力的不足,无法充分适应近年来管辖范围扩大的现状,相当数量的业务处理效率偏慢。因此该单位决定利用移动应用技术,进行消防设施维保管理系统的开发工作。本消防设施维保管理系统采用的技术主要包括了 SSH框架、Android平台、NFC等。SSH框架的应用范围主要为系统的Web端,整合了 Hibernate等常用轻量级框架。Oracle11g数据库具有灵活的数据恢复机制,为数据提供高质量的管理服务。Android平台是移动应用的典型形式,包含有内核、框架等层次,可提供多类型的应用支持,增强Android平台的可用性。NFC是目前常用的一种无线数据传输机制,在高效处理设备间数据传递的基础上,为其提供更为完善和安全的私密保证。系统主要从维保任务、项目维保管理等方面进行功能实现。项目维保管理中能够对项目的基础信息、下属的楼宇信息、设备信息以及对应的巡检点进行管理。维保任务管理中包括了针对人员提交维修记录的处理,同时可以对维保计划的装订以及处理等进行负责,另外可以进行签到方面的任务。物联网管理的对象包括了主机以及视频监控等其他组网设备,可对其传感器反馈的数值进行管理。图表统计的任务涵盖了设备、维保、维修等多个方面。另外可以进行针对系统的管理。通过对本系统的应用,云南消防总队能够更为从容应对日渐繁重的消防设施维保管理工作。辖区内部的各类项目以及项目下属的楼栋等分支可在此得到妥善管理。以移动应用为手段,现场处理的业务能够及时上报,提高了业务流程处理的效率和灵活性。以信息数据共享为基础,业务人员的决策能力也得到提升,消防设施维保机制得以深入完善。

【Abstract】 In fire safety work,fire protection facilities play a fundamental role and are widely used in ordinary buildings.It is one of the important responsibilities of the Yunnan Fire Corps to do a good job of safeguarding the fire protection facilities within its jurisdiction to ensure that it is always in a normal state.Today,with the trend of systematic and large-scale development of firefighting facilities,The traditional fire-fighting equipment maintenance system of the unit has gradually exposed many loopholes.Constrained by the shortage of manpower and financial resources,it is unable to fully adapt to the current situation in which jurisdiction has expanded in recent years,and a considerable amount of business processing has been slow.Therefore,the unit decided to use the mobile application technology to carry out the development of the fire protection facility maintenance management system.The technologies used in this fire protection and maintenance management system mainly include the SSH framework,Android platform,and NFC.The scope of application of the SSH framework is mainly the Web side of the system,incorporating commonly used lightweight frameworks such as Hibernate.Oracle11g database has a flexible data recovery mechanism to provide high-quality management services for data.Android platform is a typical form of mobile applications,including the kernel,framework and other levels,it can provide multiple types of application support,enhance the availability of the Android platform.NFC is a commonly used wireless data transmission mechanism.Based on the efficient processing of data transmission between devices,NFC provides a more complete and secure privacy guarantee.The system mainly implements functions from aspects such as maintenance tasks and project maintenance management.The project maintenance management can manage the basic information of the project,subordinate building information,equipment information and corresponding inspection points.The maintenance task management includes the process of submitting maintenance records for personnel.At the same time,it can be responsible for the binding of the maintenance plan,processing,etc.,and can also perform the task of checking in.The objects of IOT management include host computers and other networking devices such as video surveillance,which can manage the values fed back by their sensors.The task of chart statistics covers equipment,maintenance,repair and many other aspects.In addition,system-specific management can be performed.Through the application of this system,Yunnan Fire Corps can deal with the increasingly arduous management and maintenance of fire protection facilities more easily.Various types of projects within the area,as well as branches like subordinates buildings of the project,can be properly managed.By means of mobile applications,the on-site business can be reported in a timely manner,which improves the efficiency and flexibility of business process processing.Based on the sharing of information and data,the decision-making capabilities of business personnel can also been improved,and the fire protection facility maintenance mechanism has been further improved.
