【摘要】 目的:观察口服龙胆汤联合润肤止痒散湿敷治疗胃肠湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效,比较治疗前后患者瘙痒程度、红斑颜色、脱屑程度等临床症状及皮脂溢出、DLQI评分等客观指标的变化。方法:将符合面部脂溢性皮炎胃肠湿热型的105例患者随机分为三组,治疗组:口服龙胆汤联合润肤止痒散湿敷;对照组1:口服龙胆汤联合0.03%他克莫司软膏外用;对照组2:口服龙胆汤。记录患者治疗前、治疗4周后的临床症状评分及DLQI评分,对比治疗前后的变化。3组疗程均为4周。结果:1.一般资料的比较:本研究共纳入符合纳入标准患者105例,实际完成观察95例。三组患者治疗的在性别、年龄、病程、症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.临床疗效比较:治疗4周结束后,治疗组33例患者痊愈8例,显效12例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率88%,对照组1中32例患者痊愈6例,显效8例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率84%;对照组2中30名患者痊愈3例,显效6例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率70%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组1和对照组2。3.不良反应及复发率比较:治疗过程中治疗组、对照组1、对照组2不良反应发生率分别为9%、15.6%、6%;复发率分别为12.5%、33%、33%。结论:龙胆汤联合润肤止痒散湿敷治疗胃肠湿热型面部脂溢性皮炎疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of taking Longdan-decoction cooperated with Runfuzhiyang-powder hydropathic compress about the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.Comparison before and after treatment in patients with the degree of pruritus,erythema,desquamation and other clinical symptoms and color sebum overflow,the change of the objective indicators such as DLQI score.Methods:A total of 105 patients who conform to the standard for gastrointestinal damp heat type-facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into three groups,and the treatment group:take Longdan-decoction cooperated with Runfuzhiyangpowder hydropathic compress;Control group 1:take Longdan-decoction combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment for outer applying;Control group 2:take Longdandecoction.The clinical symptom score and DLQI score were recorded before and after treatment for 4 weeks,Compare the changes before and after treatment.All three courses were 4 weeks.Results:1.Comparison of general data:A total of 105 patients with inclusion criteria were included in this study,and 95 complete cases were actually observed.There were no statistically significant differences(P > 0.5)in gender,age,duration,and symptom score before treatment in three groups.2.The comparison of clinical curative efficacy:After 4 weeks of treatment,In the treatment group,there were 8 cases of recovery,12 cases showed effect,9 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 88%;In the control group 1,32 patients recovered 6 cases,8 cases showed effect,13 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 84%.It was found that 3 of 30 patients in control group 2 were healed,6 cases showed effect,12 cases were effective,9 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 70%.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2.3.Adverse reaction andincidence rate:In therapeutic process the treatment group,control group 1,control group 2 adverse reaction were 9%,15.6%,6%;andincidence rate were 12.5%,33%,33%.Conclusion:taking Longdan-decoction cooperatedwith Runfuzhiyang-Powder Hydro-pathic compress is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp heat type-facial seborrheic dermatitis,The incidence of adverse reactions is low and the recurrence rate is low.更多还原
