【摘要】 进入新世纪,随着全球一体化进程的发展,以信息技术为主导的各种先进技术飞速发展的背景下,供应链得到了长足的发展。在现代的市场竞争中,企业间的竞争已经演化为供应链间的竞争。供应链成为企业经营管理和竞争模式的新的发展方向,对于提升企业核心竞争力显得尤为重要。B公司是一家集研发、制造、营销于一体,拥有3大自有品牌的专业化电动工具跨国企业集团,成立于上世纪九十年代。经过二十多年的发展,B公司已经成为一个大型跨国集团,客户遍及全球100多个国家和地区。但随着公司规模的扩大,供应链管理中的问题也逐步显现出来,成为制约B公司进一步发展的重要因素。本文以B公司作为研究对象,首先通过对B公司现有的供应链管理业务流程进行分析,找出B公司目前供应链管理方面存在的问题,如组织结构运作效率偏低、信息混乱、供应商管理水平低,物流管理混乱等,其次针对这些存在的问题运用供应链相关理论,从不同的维度对B公司的供应链管理进行优化,通过组织架构重组、强化供应链信息的整合、加强对供应商的管理、调整物流管理的模式等,提高供应链整体运作的效率,从而提高了B公司的核心竞争力。通过本文研究,为B公司提高供应链管理水平提供了有效的优化方案,同时也希望通过此研究能够给同行业企业在供应链管理优化方面提供相关参考,找到适合企业自身供应链管理优化的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new century,with the development of the global integration process and the rapid development of various advanced technologies under the background of information technology,the supply chain has made great progress.In the modern market competition,the competition among enterprises has evolved into competition between supply chains.Supply chain has become the new development direction of enterprise management and competition mode,and it is especially important for promoting enterprise core competence.B company is a research and development,manufacturing,marketing in one,has 3private brands of specialized power tools multinational enterprise group,was founded in the last century,90 s.After more than 20 years of development,B has become a large multinational group with customers in more than 100 countries and regions worldwide.But with the expansion of the company scale,the supply chain management problems have gradually emerged,and become an important factor restricting the further development of B company.This paper takes the B company as the research object,based on B’s existing supply chain management business process analysis,find out the B company existing problems in supply chain management,such as organizational structure,low operation efficiency,low level of information confusion of supplier management,logistics management confusion,then aiming at these problems using the theory supply chain,optimize the supply chain management of B company from different dimensions,through organizational restructuring,strengthen the integration of supply chain information,strengthening the management of suppliers,adjust the logistics management mode,improve the overall efficiency of the operation of the supply chain,thereby improving the core competitiveness of B company.This paper provides efficient optimization scheme for B company to improve thelevel of supply chain management,it is also hoped that this research can provide reference to the enterprises in the same industry in the optimization of supply chain management,find the suitable enterprise supply chain management solutions to optimize the case.更多还原
