仓储视频监控布局优化模型的研究

【摘要】 随着现代物流行业的高速发展,仓储规模和安全需求迅猛增长。而传统仓储监管以人防为主,成本过高、浪费时间且效率低下,已逐步退出历史舞台,视频监控安防系统应用越来越广泛。长久以来仓储视频监控的布设一直都是通过人工现场勘查、测量和估算,结合客户对视频监控提出的需求,凭借工程人员长期积累的工作经验来完成视频监控布局的设计和施工。但是,人工设计存在主观性强且对于工程人员经验技术要求较高,可能出现摄像头布局不合理、视野模糊、多点、漏点、死角等情况,容易造成安全风险、成本浪费、维护困难等问题。本文针对上述问题,从视频监控布局模型与优化方法的国内外研究现状入手,深入研究分析覆盖面积最大监控布局和资金不足监控布局的问题,将仓储进行网格化处理,设置直角坐标系,通过视频监控器所能监控到的点数目来反映其监控范围的大小,建立视频监控布局优化数学模型。同时,引入遗传算法,结合监控点重要度概念,利用遗传算法的交叉、迭代、变异等数学模型优化方法求解优化结果,完成对现有仓储监控布局的优化,给出该仓库中同等数量视频监控方案中最为合理的布局,从而减轻工作量、缩短工程设计时间、降低工程投入成本,提高仓储的安全系数以及视频监控布局的信息化和自动化。最后,提出一套仓储视频监控布局优化方案,以某物流园区视频监控安装工程为实例应用。经过对比表明,本文利用遗传算法进行的布局优化模型具有较高的合理性、实用性和可靠性,对仓储视频监控布局工程实施和应用具有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern logistics industry,storage size and security needs have rapidly grown.The traditional warehouse regulation to the main air defense,cost is too high,a waste of time and inefficient,has gradually withdrawn from the stage of history,video surveillance security system applications more and more widely.For a long time,the deployment of storage video surveillance has been through the artificial site survey,measurement and estimation,combined with customer demand for video monitoring,with long-term accumulation of work experience to complete the video surveillance layout design and construction.However,the artificial design of the subjective and technical requirements for the engineering staff is higher,may appear unreasonable camera layout,blurred vision,multi-point,leaks,dead ends,etc.,likely to cause security risks,cost waste,maintenance problems and other issues.In view of the above problems,this paper has been started from the research situation of video surveillance layout model and optimization method at home and abroad,and deeply studies and analyzes the problem of monitoring and layout of the monitoring area and the shortage of funds.The grid is processed and the Cartesian coordinate system is set up.Video monitor can monitor the number of points to reflect the size of its monitoring range,the establishment of video surveillance layout optimization mathematical model.At the same time,the genetic algorithm is introduced,and the optimization results are solved by the mathematical model optimization method such as crossover,iteration and mutation of genetic algorithm,and the existing storage monitoring layout is optimized to give the same number of video surveillance In the most reasonable layout,thereby reducing the workload,shorten the engineering design time,reduce the project cost,improve the safety factor of storage and monitoring the layout of the information and automation.Finally,a set of storage video surveillance layout optimization scheme is proposed,which is applied as an example to a video surveillance project in a logistics park.The comparison shows that the layout optimization model based on genetic algorithm,has a high rationality,practicability and reliability,which has certain reference significance for the implementation and application of storage video surveillance layout engineering.
