沉船打捞集成监测三维可视化技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着船舶在海上活动日益频繁,发生沉船事件的概率也随之增加,一旦出现大吨位船舶在我国主航道或港区沉没,将严重影响通航及港口作业。为了保障打捞作业安全顺利进行,需要及时了解打捞过程中天气状况、现场海况、海水流速以及打捞工程船的起吊力、沉船位姿、打捞驳船位姿等信息。目前,还没有高集成度的沉船打捞集成监测平台,工程人员只能从多种监测终端获取打捞信息;另外,沉船打捞过程也不能在监测界面上直观显示。为解决当前打捞作业中监测数据的集成与打捞场景难再现的问题,本文设计了一套沉船打捞集成监测三维可视化系统。首先对沉船打捞过程中钢绞线和钢丝绳的受力情况进行分析,推导得出提升缆绳疲劳强度和瞬时最大应力预估计算模型,为沉船打捞监测预警提供理论依据。其次,设计沉船打捞集成监测模块,将打捞现场传感器监测数据、网络上气象与海洋环境预报信息、数据库信息等监测信息进行集成显示,通过报警系统、报表系统、数据连接、打捞视频监测等功能的设计与开发,可以对沉船打捞过程的健康状态进行识别、判定和评估。然后利用Virtools软件进行三维可视化模块开发,设计沉船打捞三维场景图,通过整合数据库技术实时读取数据库数据,并利用数据驱动三维场景中虚拟模型运动,达到了实时再现打捞过程的目的。最后搭建沉船打捞集成监测三维可视化试验平台,并对试验台软硬件系统进行调试,使之能成功应用到实际工程作业中。沉船打捞集成监测三维可视化系统可以将打捞信息进行集成显示,并能在三维虚拟场景中实时再现打捞过程,给决策者提供有利的信息支持,对保障打捞作业安全具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In recent years,with the ships at sea is increasing,the probability of sinking has also increased.Once a large tonnage ship has sunk in our main channel or port area,it will affect navigation and port operations.In order to ensure the safety of the salvage operation,it is important to get the information such as weather conditions,sea conditions,the lifting force of salvage engineering ship,sinking ship attitude,sinking depth,and seawater flow rate during salvage process timely.At present,there is no high integrated monitoring platform in salvage monitoring,and engineers can only get salvage information from a variety of display terminals.In addition,the integrated monitoring interface can only display salvage information while the wreck salvage process can’t be showed.In order to solve the problem of the integration of monitoring data and the display of salvage process,an integrated monitoring and 3D visualization system for wreck salvage is designed.Firstly,the paper analyzes the stress situation of steel strand and wire rope in the salvage process of sunken ship.The computational model of the lifting cable fatigue strength and the instantaneous maximum stress is derived,which provides the theoretical basis for the early warning of salvage monitoring.Secondly,salvage integrated monitoring module is designed which can display salvage information including sensor monitoring data of salvage field,the meteorological and marine environment forecast information from network and database information.The alarm system,report system,data connection,salvage video monitoring and other functions are developed to identified,judged and evaluated the health status of the salvage process.Then,3D visualization platform is developed in the virtual reality software Virtools Dev5.0.The data which is read timely with the Virtools server through integrated database technology can drive the virtual model move in the 3D scene and the salvage process is reproduced in the virtual platform timely.Finally the integrated monitoring and 3D visualization test platform of wreck salvage is built.The hardware and software system of the test platform are debugged and perfected so that it could be successfully applied to the actual engineering work.The integrated monitoring and 3D visualization system for wreck salvage can integrate salvage information and reproduce the salvage process timely in 3D virtual scene.It can provide favorable information support for decision-makers and makes great significance to ensuring the safety of salvage operations.
