【摘要】 改革开放以来,随着国民经济的长足发展,中小企业已成为我国经济的一个重要支撑。海宁市中小企业对当地的经济增长、充分就业、提高人民生活水平等方面发挥了重要作用,但近年来也受到国际经济形势不佳,成本上升,需求减弱等影响,面临诸多挑战。选题具有现实与理论意义。论文总结归纳出了中小企业在管理创新发展过程中所面临的一些问题:企业管理水平低下、组织结构落后、融资困难、创新能力不足、企业文化缺失等。通过对中小企业管理创新能力评价的研究,提出了改善中小企业管理创新能力的建议。论文通过对国内外学者研究成果的分析与总结,结合现阶段中小企业发展特点,重新构建了中小企业管理创新能力评价体系。从管理理念,管理制度,管理方法和管理效果四个方面综合评价企业的管理创新能力,并通过德尔菲专家调查法和层次分析法确定了 15个二级指标以及每个评价指标的权重。采用调查问卷和调研的方法对海宁136家中小企业管理创新能力进行分析,通过实证案例直观且清晰地反映海宁中小企业管理创新现状和发展水平。最后论文提出了海宁中小企业管理创新能力的发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the national economy,SMEs have become an important support of China’s economy.SMEs in Haining play an important role in local economic growth,full enployment and improving people’s living standards.But in recent years,they are also faced with many challenges due to the poor international economic situation,rising cost and weakening demand.The topic is of practical and theoretical significance.The paper summarizes the problems faced by SMEs in the development process of management innovation in the low management level of the enterprise organizational structure,backward financing difficulties,lack of innovation,lack of enterprise culture,etc..Through the research on the evaluation of management innovation capability of SMEs,some suggestions are put forward to improve the management innovation capability of SMEs.Based on the analysis and summary of the research results of scholars at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the development of SMEs at the present stage,the evaluation system of SME management innovation capability is re established.From the four aspects of management concept,management system,management method and management effect,we comprehensively evaluate the management innovation capability of enterprises,and through Delphy expert survey and AHP,we have identified 15 two level indicators and the weight of each evaluation index.By using questionnaires and research methods,the management innovation capability of 136 SMEs in Haining is analyzed,and the status and development level of management innovation of SMEs in Haining is intuitively and clearly illustrated by empirical cases.Finally,the paper puts forward the development proposals for the management innovation capability of SMEs in Haining.更多还原
