波形板式汽水分离器的仿真建模研究

【摘要】 汽水分离器是核电系统中的重要部件。汽水分离器的作用是将蒸汽发生器产生的湿蒸汽进行除湿,防止由于蒸汽湿度过大导致的汽轮机叶片冲蚀,提高汽轮机系统的经济性和安全性。作为一类汽水分离器,波形板式汽水分离器采用物理分离方式,该汽水分离器依靠饱和蒸汽和夹带在蒸汽之中的水滴的密度差,惯性力差,附着力差进行汽水分离。影响波形板式汽水分离器分离效率的因素有很多,如波形板本身的结构参数,液滴直径,气流速度,密度等。本文以核电厂的某波形板式汽水分离器为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟方法,根据波形板汽水分离器研究对象的结构尺寸,使用AUTOCAD建模软件绘制结构模型,采用ICEM软件划分网格,选取离散相模型进行液滴运动模拟,利用Fluent进行计算分析。同时,研究了计算模型中萨夫曼力,虚拟质量力,压力梯度力,随机追踪模型以及随机碰撞聚合模型对汽水分离器性能的影响,根据研究结果对计算模型进行简化修正,最终选定了研究液滴颗粒的计算模型。采用离散相模型模拟内部流场,将波形板式汽水分离器内的空气和水滴分开考虑,先对波形板间的气流场进行数值计算,采用控制变量法研究波形板式汽水分离器的板间距,折边数,折角角度等结构参数及液滴粒子直径,气流速度等多种工作参数对波形板式汽水分离器压降及分离效率的影响。

【Abstract】 Steam-water separator is an important part of nuclear power systerm.Steam-water separator is used for dehumidification of wet steam generated by steam generators to increase the safety and economy of turbin system,in case the turbine blade erosion made by excessive humidity.As a kind of steam-water separator,the separation machanism of corrugated plate steam-water separator decides this kind of separator to steam-liquid separate by the difference between density,inertia force and adhesive force of steam and drops.In the whole process of steam-water separation,there are a lot of factors affect the separation efficiency,for example,structure parameters of corrugated plate,drops diameter from inlet,speed,density and so on.In this paper,a kind of steam-water separator is taken as study object,CFD numerical simulation technique is used.Based on the structure parameters of the study object,modeling software AUTOCAD is used to simulate construction,ICEM is used to generating mesh,Fluent is used to calculate by suitable mathematical model.Meantime,the study of the influence between Saffman lift force,virtual mass force,pressure gradient force,stochastic collision model,unsteady particle tracking model and separator performance is provided in this paper,based on the study,mathematical model is revised.Using discrete phase model,the droplets and air in corrugated steam-water separator are considered separately,firstly,air-phase flow field is analyzed,secondly,control variate method is used to quantify the influence between plates distance,ruffled number,angle,drop diameter,airflow velocity and steam-water separator performance.
