基于TRIBON抽取数据的钢材管理研究

【摘要】 钢材管理是每个造船企业都会面临的问题,高效的钢材管理,提高钢材利用率是降本增效的第一步,也是最重要的环节之一,造船人经常会说“设计的浪费是最大的浪费”,因此,我们要从源头开始抓起,从订货到出库都必须严格控制,钢材利用率也是评价造船综合能力的一个重要指标。对于资金实力雄厚的大型企业都不惜重金购买或者开发自己的ERP(企业资源计划)系统,可见钢材管理在造船业举足轻重的地位。本文以基于用TRIBON做生产设计的中小企业钢材管理为研究对象,通过对设计阶段钢材管理流程的研究以及中间环节的算法研究,编制出智能的、高效率的、人性化的板材管理系统和型材管理系统,用以辅助生产设计。本文主要工作如下:1.开发板材管理系统,其主要功能模块为订货模块、导出统计表模块和导出领取表模块,重点在于第三个模块,在生成领取表的同时要写入板材库和余料库。整个系统不仅要完成其主要功能,还要用高效的算法,来适应当前快节奏的生产设计。2.开发型材管理系统,其主要功能为订货、型材套料、型材管理(与板材管理相似),生成CAD套料图。重点和难点在于型材套料的算法研究。要研究出一种算法,既能保证利用率,又能满足生产设计对速度的要求。最后通过对算法的研究,开发出适应于中小企业生产设计的钢材管理系统,减少人工参与,大大提高准确率和工作效率。本文通过对钢材管理的流程及开发中提出的算法研究与分析,提高运算的速度,对其它开发者在数据统计、汇总方面具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 Steel management is the problem faced by each shipbuilding company,efficient steel management,increase steel utilization is the first step in reducing costs and efficiency is one of the most important.Shipbuilder often said that "design waste is the largest of the waste," therefore,we have to start from the source,from the order to the library must be strictly controlled,steel utilization is also an important indicator of the comprehensive capacity of shipbuilding.For the large financial enterprises are committed to buying or developing their own ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system,this proves,the steel management in the shipbuilding also plays a decisive role.This article,based on the use of TRIBON to do the production design of minor enterprises steel management for the study,through the design stage of steel management process research and intermediate links of the algorithm research,the preparation of intelligent,efficient,user-friendly sheet management system and profiles management system to assist in production design.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Development of sheet management system,the main function module for the order module,export statistics module and export module module,the focus is on the third module,in the generation of receiving tables at the same time to write the plate library and more than material library.The whole system not only to complete its main function,but also with efficient algorithms to adapt to the current fast-paced production design.2.Development of profile management system,its main function for the order,profile sets of materials,profile management(and plate management similar),generate CAD sets of map.The key and difficult lies in the research of the profile of the profile.To develop an algorithm,both to ensure the utilization rate,but also to meet the requirements of theproduction design.Finally,through the study of the algorithm,developed to meet the small and medium enterprises to production design of steel management system,reduce manual participation,greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency.This articlethrough the research and analysis of the steel management process and the algorithm proposed in the development,the speed of the operation is improved,which is of reference value for other developers in data statistics and aggregation.
