西藏某复杂铜钼混合精矿浮选分离及铜抑制剂的试验研究

【摘要】 浮选是分离铜钼混合精矿最行之有效的方法。本文针对西藏某复杂铜钼混合精矿,以工艺矿物学研究为基础,确定精矿中矿物的赋存状态以制定浮选工艺;经浮选条件和药剂条件试验确定最优浮选条件。为减少传统硫化钠铜抑制剂消耗量大的问题,本文以试验探究了硫化钠氧化失效的原因,并通过其他铜抑制剂试验和抑制剂复配的浮选试验来降低铜抑制剂的消耗量。最后,以最优条件进行该混合精矿开路浮选试验。工艺矿物学研究表明:混合精矿所包含的金属矿物主要为黄铜、黄铁、斑铜和辉钼矿,脉石矿物主要为石英和长石。混合精矿含钥0.58%,含铜25.90%。铜、钼矿物达到良好的单体解离,且钼精矿中赋存有大量的细颗粒黄铜矿和斑铜矿,故不进行磨矿处理。为达到更好的浮选效果,通过浮选条件试验和各抑制剂的浮选试验,综合考虑各浮选指标和经济消耗,以Na2S抑制剂最好用量条件15 kg·t-1为最优,可得到钼品位20.80%,钼回收率为87.67%的粗钥精矿。硫化钠氧化失效探究试验表明:Na2S消耗量大与浮选时鼓入空气,黄铜、辉钼矿的作用有关。抑制剂的复配试验表明:10 kg·t1 Na2S + 200 g·t-1巯基乙酸钠为铜矿物抑制剂时,钼回收率达到87.90%,与单独使用硫化钠抑制剂相比,可降低三分之一硫化钠的使用量,抑制剂使用成本可节约31.75%。在最佳粗选条件下,通过开路试验,得到含钼46.87%,含铜1.44%的钥精矿,其钼回收率达到67.34%。铜精矿含铜27.21%,其铜回收率为89.85%。铜钼分离指标良好。
【Abstract】 Flotation is the most effective separation method of the mixed copper-molybdenum concentrates.The thesis takes the complicated and mixed copper-molybdenum concentrates of Tibet as the research object.To devise flotation process,the mineral occurrence of mixed concentrates can be identified by the research of process mineralogy and the suitable flotation conditions can be got by a large of floatation tests.In order to reduce the problem of the big consumption of sodium sulfide inhibitors,this thesis explores the reasons for sodium sulfide inhibitors about oxygenate and decline the consumption by many flotation experiments with mixed depressants and other kinds of ones.Finally,the open-circuit flotation tests will be taken under the best flotation conditions.Technological mineralogy studies indicated that the mixed copper-molybdenum concentrates are made up of metal minerals and gangue minerals.Metallic minerals are mainly chalcopyrite,pyrite,bornite and molybdenite.Gangue minerals are quartz and feldspar.The grade of molybdenum is 0.58%,the same as copper is 25.90%.The degree of monomer separation is sufficient.There’re a large number of fine grained chalcopyrite and bornite in molybdenum concentrates.To improve flotation effect,considering economic consumption and every flotation indexes,the best suitable dosage of depressant is sodium sulfide of 15 kg·t-1 dosage by taking different conditions and various inhibitors flotation experiments.The grade and recovery of its molybdenum concentrate is 20.8%and 87.67%.The result of sodium sulfide oxidation tests show that the high consumption of sodium sulfide is related to the action from chalcopyrite and molybdenum and blowing air in flotation process.When the mixed inhibitor which is composed of sodium sulfide of 10 kg·t-1 dosage and sodium thioglycolate of 15 kg·t1 dosage are used in flotation test,the recovery of rmolybdenum concentrate is 87.90%.Comparing with sodium sulfide depressant test of 15 kg·t1,the dosage of sodium sulfide fell by a third and 31.75%of depressants’ use-cost are saved.On the basis of the best flotation condition,the open circuit experiment are taken,the molybdenum concentrate of grade 46.87%and recovery 67.34%are obtained.The grade and recovery of copper concentrate are 27.21%and 89.58%.The separation index of Copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate is good.
