高温热泵技术在石化企业余热利用中的研究

【摘要】 石油能源目前是为世界经济提供动力的主要能源之一。石化企业将石油经过炼化及加工后为国家提供基础能源和原材料,在国民经济社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。石化企业同时也是能源消耗的大户,是国家推进产业结构优化、节能减排、环保清洁化的重点行业。在石化生产的过程中,存在着丰富的余热资源,其中可回收率达80%。高温热泵技术是将直接回收的低品位工业余热转换为高品位能,并再回用于企业其它生产环节的一种突破性技术。在目前国家号召节能减排的大背景下,日益受到石化企业的重视。本文通过对某典型石化企业装置中余热分布及用热情况进行充分的调研,并对余热的数量、分布规律、温度分布情况进行分析,从而让我们对于高温热泵如何在石化企业中应用有了清晰的认识。由于国内石油化工企业在生产工艺上具有相似性,因此本文对于国内的炼化企业进行余热的调研和高温热泵技术的利用会有一定的帮助。本文通过对生产工艺中用热的分析,发现精馏工艺中的脱丙烷塔等塔器的塔底重沸器所用的加热蒸汽可以使用单级压缩式高温热泵的130℃产热来替代,而使用的低温端热源来自于生产过程中排放的70-80℃余热,这样的利用排放余热替代高温热源的技术和装备,是实现节能减排双重效果的典型案例。对于双级压缩式高温热泵、单级压缩式与喷射式联合的高温热泵技术可以制取160℃的高温蒸汽,对企业的经济效益显著。文中通过与传统锅炉和高温热泵的?效率进行了计算和比较,显示出高温热泵明显优势。本文重点阐述了高温热泵在石油化工工艺中的应用。以某炼化车间为案例,通过统计余热和用热情况进行方案设计、数据计算、经济分析以及环境性分析,充分显示了高温热泵具有明显的综合性优势。

【Abstract】 Petroleum energy is currently one of the main energy sources for the world economy.Petrochemical enterprises will be the oil resources through refining and processing for the country to provide basic energy and raw materials,they play a pivotal role in the national economic and social development.Petrochemical enterprises are also large energy consumption,is the country to promote industrial structure optimization,energy saving,environmental protection and cleanliness of the key industries.In the process of petrochemical production,there are abundant waste heat resources,in which the recyclable rate of 80%.High-temperature heat pump technology is the direct recovery of low-grade industrial waste heat is converted to high-grade energy,and then back to other production processes for a breakthrough technology.In the current national call for energy-saving emission reduction in the context of increasing attention by the petrochemical enterprises.In this paper,through a typical petrochemical enterprises in the distribution of heat and heat utilization of the full investigation,and the amount of heat,distribution,temperature distribution analysis,so that we have high-temperature heat pump for petrochemical enterprises in the application of a clear understanding.As the domestic petrochemical enterprises in the production process has similarity,so this article for the domestic refining enterprises waste heat research and the use of high-temperature heat pump technology will be of some help.In this paper,the heat used in the production process of the analysis found that the distillation process in the depropanizer tower and other tower reboiler heating steam can be used single-stage compression heat pump heat 130℃ to replace,and the use of low-temperature heat source from the production process emissions of 70-80℃ heat,so the use of waste heat to replace high-temperature heat source technology and equipment,is to achieve energy saving double effect of the typical case.For the two-stage compression heat pump,single-stage compression and jet high-temperature heat pump combined technology can produce high-temperature steam of 160℃,the economic benefits of the enterprise significantly.The calculation and comparison of the efficiency of traditional boiler and high temperature heat pump show that the high temperature heat pump has obvious advantages.This paper focuses on the application of high temperature heat pump in petrochemical process.The results of the design,data calculation,economic analysis and environmental analysis show that the high temperature heat pump has obvious comprehensive advantages through a case of a refinery workshop.
