【摘要】 公共艺术作为当今城市中一种日趋重要的文化形式,担负着凸显城市特色的文化载体和成为城市地标的作用,担当着城市精神与象征的角色。地标性城市公共艺术作为“点睛”之笔,凝聚了城市特色、维持着都市空间的稳定与和谐。城市地标是当代城市中重要的文化产物之一,具体表现为一些建筑、景观、雕塑等构筑物,它们通常会成为公众视觉与思维的焦点,能够使人迅速辨明其置身的场所,并感知到所处城市独特的魅力。地域性文化是一个城市精神的体现也是一个城市历史的延续,公共艺术是用来在公共空间中为行人提供休息、欣赏或者传达城市精神的手段,只有将这两者进行合理有机的结合,才能使地域性文化即城市的本质精神得到传承与发展,也使这个城市的公共艺术设计真正的融入环境,给观赏者及使用者融合舒适之感。本文进行的研究既有利于引起人们对地域性文化的研究与重视,也使人们对公共艺术的作用有了更深的思考。从不同角度对天津市的公共艺术展开研究与思考,将天津市公共艺术的地域化问题放在比较大的时空视野中进行分析,时间涉及古代、现代和将来;空间涉及西部、东部、中部以及国际视野中进行论述,从而确定天津地域化公共艺术的特有坐标。经过调查与总结对天津市公共艺术的现状进行细致分析,同时对天津城市公共艺术的新发展新出路进行理论探究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public art,as an increasingly important cultural form in today’s cities,is responsible for the city’s cultural carrier and the role of city landmarks,and plays the role of city spirit and symbol.The landmark city public art as dotting the pen,embodies the characteristic of the city,to maintain a stable and harmonious urban space.The city landmark is one of the important cultural product in the contemporary city,the specific performance of some architecture,landscape,sculpture and other structures,they often become the public focus of vision and thinking,can enable people to quickly identify it in place,and perceived the unique charm of the city.Regional culture is a continuation of a manifestation of the spirit of the city is a city of history,public art is used to provide rest,enjoy or convey the spirit of the city means for pedestrians in the public space,only this both with reasonable organic,can make the essence of the spirit of regional culture is the inheritance and development of the city also,the design of public art in the city really into the environment,giving the viewer a sense of comfort and user integration.The research of this paper is not only beneficial to the research and attention of people to the regional culture,but also makes people have a deeper thinking on the role of public art.From different angles of public art in the city of Tianjin launched the research and thinking,the localization problem of Tianjin city public art in the view of time and space is relatively large in the analysis time relates to the ancient and modern and the future;space relates to western,Eastern and central China and international perspectives were discussed,so as to determine the specific geographical coordinates of Tianjin public art.After investigating and summarizing the present situation of the public art in Tianjin City,the present situation of the public art in city is analyzed,and the new development way of the public art in the city of Tianjin is analyzed theoretically.更多还原
