【摘要】 生态宜居城市是一个综合性生态都市,是城市经济水平、环境卫生、生态保护、居民生活质量的综合反映,是一个地方文明程度和可持续发展能力的体现。美丽中国建设以美丽城市建设为基础,而美丽城市则是人类宜居的城市。因此,在新的时代背景下,宜居城市建设已经成为我国绿色发展的必然选择。淄博市是一个山东省的老牌工业基地城市,如何实现淄博市由工业化城市向生态园林宜居城市转变,成为淄博市“十三五”发展的工作重点。加强生态宜居城市建设对淄博市发展转型以及未来的可持续发展具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。论文以人居环境理论、可持续发展理论、城市生态理论和绿色发展理论为指导,利用文献研究、比较研究、评价研究、案例研究等研究方法对淄博生态宜居城市的建设进行了系统的研究。首先,构建了淄博市生态宜居评价指标体系;其次,利用主成分分析法对淄博市的生态宜居性进行了综合评价,并通过淄博市生态宜居建设的发展趋势以及和其他城市生态宜居性的比较分析,系统梳理了淄博市生态宜居城市建设中存在的产业结构不合理、生态绿化环境不足、城市基础设施不完善等问题。论文建议淄博市发展“绿色”经济调整产业结构、保护和改善城市生态环境、激发公众绿色发展意识、加强公共基础设施建设、提高社会公共服务、加大社会保障力度、完善城市管理规划,切实提高淄博市生态宜居水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological livable city is a comprehensive ecological city,which is a comprehensive reflection of urban economic level,environmental sanitation,ecological protection and quality of residents’ life.It is a manifestation of local civilization level and sustainable development ability.Beautiful Chinese construction is inseparable from the beautiful city construction,beautiful city must also be human livable city.Therefore,in the new era background,livable city construction has become the inevitable choice of green development in China.Zibo City,Shandong Province is a veteran industrial base city,how to achieve Zibo City from industrial city to ecological garden livable city change,become Zibo City,"thirteen" development focus.It is of great theoretical and practical value to strengthen the construction of ecological livable city to the development and future development of Zibo City.Based on the theories of human settlements,sustainable development,urban ecology and green development,this paper makes a systematic study on the construction of eco-livable cities in Zibo using literature research,comparative research,evaluation research and case study..Secondly,the ecological livability of Zibo City is evaluated synthetically by means of principal component analysis,and by the development trend of ecological livable construction in Zibo City,the ecological livable evaluation index system of Zibo City is established.This paper systematically analyzes the problems of irrational industrial structure,ecological greening environment and imperfect urban infrastructure in Zibo City,and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of ecologically livable cities in Zibo City in the light of the problems of ecological construction of livable cities in Zibo City.It is suggested that Zibo City should adjust the industrial structure,protect and improve the urban ecological environment,stimulate public awareness of environmental protection,strengthen public infrastructure construction,improve social public services,perfect urban management mechanism,formulate scientific planning increase social security and improve the ecological livable level in Zibo City..更多还原
