制造型企业产品研发管理研究

【副题名】以R电梯企业为例

【摘要】 随着经济发展加速和我国城市化进程的加剧,电梯企业之间竞争越来越激烈。新型城镇化建设以及房地产进程的不断加速,相关楼宇设备需求量呈几何倍数增长,中国已经成为全球电梯之主要买卖市场,且保持10%以上增速。其作为高层建筑必不可缺少之需求品,虽然电梯产量增加迅速,但是仍然没有达到饱和的程度。随着经济的发展,电梯的需求量是看涨的。我国电梯企业之间竞争日趋激烈。优化出高科技、高质量、高服务的产品才是电梯企业乃至制造业升级的必由之路。意识到这点各家电梯厂商都在试图通过设计、制造、仓储、销售等环节精简降低成本提升竞争力。而技术创新,研发项目管理则是企业面临的重中之重!本文通过分析现有国内制造业经济形势和背景,分析近年来电梯需求量随着城市化呈稳步增长趋势,同时电梯产品的科技含量有待提升。结合企业自身水平和对于技术研发的可行性进行分析,通过一系列分析引出技术研发项目管理实施的案例,针对R楼宇设备公司现有的研发流程体系以及技术研发管理、运营环节进行解读,在严峻经济环境下从项目管理角度出发,提高企业的综合竞争力。将项目管理理论知识融入案例之中,一方面对相关管理知识进行列举,另外进行可行性分析确定项目研发的必要性,对公司流程如何实施的进行了介绍,从项目进行中的风险方面,成本方面,过程方面,质量安全等进行了一些相关管理措施的列举,特别是研发管理所遇到的问题进行了详细的分析,并结合电梯未来发展进行了展望,从项目启动,进行,收尾对项目进行管理,使得项目顺利进行,最终达到提升了产品技术含量和企业核心竞争力的目的。

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of economic development and the intensification of urbanization process in China,the competition among elevator companies was increasingly sharply.Government development plan and new urbanization acceleration lead to increasing demand for equipment related to the building exponentially,China has become a major global elevator market,and kept growth rate above 10%.Being an indispensable product for high-rise building,its output has not reach the saturation level.although the elevator production increased rapidly.The future for elevator is bright with the economy development!The elevator corporations in our country compete with each other fiercely.Optimizing high-tech,high-quality and good service is the only way to upgrade the elevator industry and even to manufacturing industry.Be Aware of this point,different elevator manufacturers are trying to reduce costs by streamline the design,manufacturing,storage,marketing etc to enhance competitiveness.The most important thing company facing is technological innovation and R&D project management!By analyzing the existing economic situation and background of domestic manufacturing,this thesis analyzed that scientific technology of building equipment still need to be improved with the increasing demand of urbanization.Combing with company level and feasibility analysis,it lead to many cases of technology R&D management.Analyzing current R&D process and technology R&D management in R Building Company,it aims to improve company competitiveness in the aspect of project management under tuff economy environment.In a tough economic environment,.Project management theory is used into the case.On one hand,we listed related management knowledge;on the other hand,we confirm the necessity R&D project.It introduced implementation process and listed related management actions on risk,cost,process,quality safety etc in project.It also analyzed in details on the problems met in R&D management.Combing with the future of elevators,it managed project from the being,progress,closing and made it moved smoothly,which helped company to improve product technology and core competitiveness
