【摘要】 近年来,由于业务发展以及实名制等政策的推动,内蒙古移动开发并使用了无纸化办公系统,实现了身份证扫描代替手工录入、电子工单代替纸质工单,从而节约了大量人力物力。但在逐步推广和使用的过程中,也发现了一些问题,如:缺乏快捷配置工号权限等功能,日常管理维护较困难;报表、电子工单稽核等功能缺失,影响工单的正常办理。为了解决上述问题,本文从内蒙古移动公司营业厅的实际需求出发,首先阐述了在现有无纸化办公系统的基础上,进一步研究电子工单管理系统的背景与必要性。然后,进行了需求分析,给出了总体设计方案,并对系统各模块的设计与功能实现进行了详细的描述。系统的主要功能包括:协议模板可配置化的模板管理功能、可快捷配置工号权限的系统配置管理功能、制作电子印章的电子印章与数字证书管理功能、对电子工单进行分级稽核及修改的电子工单稽核功能、在多媒体终端上播放图片或视频的多媒体联播功能、统计分段时间工单量的报表统计功能等。本文开发的营业厅电子工单管理系统基于Java语言实现,通过测试后已经在营业厅运行。测试与试点运行表明,所开发的功能达到了预期的设计目标,满足营业厅日常工单处理工作的需要,进一步提高了工作效率,同时并且使宣传媒介多样化,节约了宣传成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,due to the business development and the promotion of the real-name policy,paperless office systems are used by Inner Mongolia CMCC(China Mobile Communications Corporation).Manual inputs are replaced by scanning ID card and paper orders are replaced by electronic orders,then a lot of resources are saved.But we also found some problems,such as:the lack of configuration on the permissions function makes the daily management difficult;the lack of report and electronic audit function affect the management of normal orders.In order to solve the above problems,according to actual demands of business hall of Inner Mongolia CMCC,we firstly research the background and necessity of the electronic order management system.Then,the requirement analysis is carried out.The overall design scheme is given,and the design and function realization of each module of the system are described in detail.The main functions of the system include:configuring protocol template,configuring employee identification number,making electronic seal,auditing electronic orders,playing Multi-Media and statistical reports etc.The management system of electronic orders in business hall developed in this paper is based on Java,and has been running in the business hall after testing.The tests and experiments show that the functions of developed system have achieve the desired goals and meet the needs of business daily orders processing work.The system further improves the work efficiency,and at the same time the publicity medium is diversified and the publicity cost is saved.更多还原
