生物安全领域本体建模与知识平台开发

【摘要】 生物安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,生物危害也是人类共同面对的威胁。为增强对领域知识的掌控,提高生物安全应急能力,本文对生物安全领域进行本体建模,设计开发了主题爬虫对互联网中海量生物安全领域知识进行采集。通过知识平台对数据资源进行管理并提供多种浏览和检索方式,为决策提供支撑。本文完成了以下工作:首先,提出了生物安全领域本体模型。该模型以ABC模型为上位本体,用以描述生物安全领域中生物安全事件、致灾因子、人、地域、组织机构等概念及概念间的关系,并对主要概念进行了扩展。其次,提出了生物安全知识平台的设计。在平台设计中,分别完成了对生物安全主题爬虫中的网页采集、主题识别和数据抽取子模块的设计;完成了知识平台的整体设计和模块设计,包括系统框架设计、数据流图设计、用例设计及界面功能设计等。使用主题爬虫对网络中生物安全相关数据资源进行了采集。最后,完成了生物安全知识平台原型系统的开发工作。原型系统以生物黑客组织及成员数据、病原体数据、生物恐怖袭击数据为例,分别实现了知识平台的地图导航、知识浏览、全文检索等功能。本文对生物安全领域本体进行了建模,并对重要概念进行了扩展;基于对领域本体的研究和生物安全网络资源的归纳,对生物安全主题爬虫进行了设计和开发,完成了数据采集工作;最后基于爬虫系统采集的数据,实现了生物安全知识平台原型系统的开发工作。本文通过“本体建模-数据采集-平台开发”的流程,验证了本文中理论的合理性和实践的可行性。本文成果为生物安全领域提供了数据支撑和平台支持。

【Abstract】 Biosafety is an important component of national security.Biohazard is also a threat to human beings.In order to enhance the knowledge of biosafety,improve the biosafety emergency response capability.In this paper,we modeled the ontology of biological safety based on ABC ontology,designed and developed of the theme crawler to collect large amounts of biological safety data in the Internet.The knowledge platform help us to manage biosafety data sources and provide a variety of retrieval methods in order to provide support for decision-making.In this paper,we finished the following works:Firstly,we put forward the ontology model of biosafety.The model used the ABC Ontology as the upper ontology.Biosafety ontology is used to describe biosafety events,biosafety hazard factors,regions,organizations,and relations between the concepts.We also extended several main concepts.Secondly,we proposed the design of biosafety knowledge platform.We completed the design of web collection module,topic identification module and data extraction module of the biosafety theme crawler;We completed the overall and detailed design of knowledge platform,including system architecture design,data flow diagram,use cases,functional design and the interface design etc..We also used the theme crawler to collect biosafety data from the Internet.Finally,we developed the biosafety knowledge prototype platform.The prototype system used biohacker organizations and members data,pathogen data,bioterrorism data as an example,realized map navigation,knowledge browsing,text retrieval etc..In this paper,we modeled the ontology of biosafety field,and extended main concepts;We completed the data acquisition work and finally developed the prototype system based on the crawler system and domain Ontology.This work went through "ontology modeling-data acquisition-platform development" process to verify the feasibility of the theory and practice.
