【摘要】 风景道（Scenic Byway）是指“通过立法或官方声明来认定”的“一条土地所有权公有的,具备风景、历史、休闲、文化、考古和自然等六大品质的道路”,且“该道路不单指道路本身,还包括道路两边视域范围内的廊道风景^[1]。本文研究的风景道系统是指在以一定区域空间范围内,跨越行政边界的所有风景道的有机集合。风景道系统由道路系统、风景道支持系统和风景廊道三部分构成。风景道系统的建设对景观资源保护和旅游产业发展有重要的推动作用。在景观资源保护方面,风景道系统建设有利于沿线视域范围内零散孤立的景观资源系统保护和整合利用,通过加强沿线景观资源的管理,能够推动地区生态和文化安全格局的有效保护;在旅游发展方面,风景道系统的建设充分发挥它的连接作用,提高旅游交通体验质量,对推动沿线旅游相关产业发展能够发挥良好的作用。在快速城镇化背景下,国内很多地区开展了一系列现代化新农村建设,并取得了不错的成果。但与此同时,对当地特色景观形成了一定破坏,如景观资源分割、景观质量下降和景观特色退化等等,景观资源面临系统保护和整合利用的需求。随着旅游消费者的成熟,自驾旅游越来越受到旅游者的青睐,国内不少游客选择自驾游的方式去体验乡村休闲旅游和区域性特色景观。交通廊道成为人们旅游方式的新载体,旅游业发展进入了一个全新时期,有了新的市场需求。面临地域性景观资源系统保护和旅游业新的市场需求,本文以风景道系统建设为抓手,探索其在我国区域性景观资源系统保护和区域性旅游相关产业发展中的应用途径。本文的研究内容主要分为三个部分:首先,对国内外风景道相关理论进行研究,并例举了国内外实践案例进行佐证;其次,对风景道系统构成和风景道系统建设策略要点进行系统的总结;最后,以南平市为例,进行应用途径的探索,确定南平风景道系统空间结构,从南平空间发展特征和旅游发展的实际需求出发,提出风景道建设策略,为旅游地区交通环境和服务水平的提升提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scenic Byway is a specially designated road or waterway that travels through an area of natural or cultural beauty,which is usually determined by a governmental body,such as a Department of Transportation or a Ministry of Transport.When we look at the factors in scenic byway,we can find that it contains scenery,history,recreation,culture,archeology and nature,at the same time,we can also see scenic byway is not restricted to road,it also includes the corridor landscape within the scope of both sides of the road.The roadway system in this paper refers to the organic collection of all scenic byway crossing the administrative boundary within a certain regional space.The scenic byway system consists of the road system,Scenic road support system and landscape corridor.The construction of scenic byway system plays a big role in the resource protection field and the development of tourism industry.In the aspect of landscape resources protection,the construction of scenic byway system contributes to the resource protection,integration of fragmented and isolated landscape resources along the line of sight.By strengthening the management of landscape resources along the route,it is benefit to the regional ecological and cultural security.What’s more,In the tourism development,the construction of scenic byway system give full play to its connecting role,improve the quality of tourism traffic experience,to promote the development of tourism-related industries along the line could play a major role in related area.In the context of rapid urbanization,a lot of Chinese areas carry out a series of modern new rural construction in recent years,and achieved effective results.On the contrary,the local landscape also suffered factitious damages,such as landscape resource segmentation,landscape quality degradation and landscape characteristics degradation and so on.Landscape resources need the overall protection and integration of the use of demand.Simultaneously,with the maturity of tourism consumption,Self-driving travelling attracted more and more tourists,many domestic tourists choose self-driving to experience the rural leisure tourism and regional characteristics of the landscape.The traffic corridor is becoming the new way for transportation,the tourism development has entered a brand-new period,has the new growing market demand.Facing the resource protection in regional landscape and thenew market demand for tourism,this paper explores its application in the protection of regional landscape system and the development of regional tourism-related industries with the construction of scenic byway system as the starting point.The main contents of this paper are divided by following three parts: Firstly,I would refer the relevant theories of scenic byway from domestic and international research,put forward some of examples from domestic and international practice to support the case;Secondly,systematically summarizes the main points of scenic byway system construction and scenic byway system construction strategy;finally,Finally,taking Nanping City as an example,this paper explores the application of the method to determine the spatial structure of the Nanping Scenic Byway System.Based on the spatial development characteristics of Nanping and the actual demand of the tourism development,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of scenic byway,which is the traffic environment and service level to support the argument.更多还原
