【摘要】 农村劳动力转移背景下,农村养老现状与模式探索是实现全面小康、构建和谐社会的必然要求。新常态下,各地都面临老龄化程度加大、资金扶持不够、养老模式问题突出等诸多困局。在这种情况下,衡阳市养老机构以及全国各地应该采取何种发展策略,才能破局,如何对于管理和发展进行了深度剖析是当务之急。这也是本文研究的缘起。基于上述原因,本文聚焦农村养老模式这一新的研究领域,认为HY养老院建设与养老模式改革同样面临上述挑战和风险,也必然要做好经历转型考验的准备。因此,我们针对衡阳市农村剩余劳动力转移与养老模式的这一战略转型探索并研究相应对策,就具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义,有利于建立有效的养老防范系统,也有利于农村经济的可持续发展,促进养老模式与理论丰富和发展。在具体的研究方法上,依照上述研究方向和目标要求,本文主要采取三位一体的研究方式。针对核心内容的不同性质,选择不同的研究方法,并配合相应的可操作性研究方案,进行多角度研究。在具体的研究方法选择上,总体上采取了逻辑演绎与历史归纳结合、规范分析与实证分析并举的方法。同时,在本研究收集整理资料的过程中,根据需要采取不尽相同的具体研究方法:文献资料法、实证分析法等具体方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the transfer of rural labor force,the current situation and mode of rural old-age support is an inevitable requirement to realize the well-off society and build a harmonious society.Under the new normal,all over the country are facing an increase in the degree of aging,lack of financial support,pension issues such as outstanding issues.In this case,the pension institutions in Hengyang as well as the development strategy should be taken throughout the country in order to break the board,how to conduct in-depth analysis of management and development is a priority.This article focuses on the rural endowment pattern which is a new research field,is also facing the challenges and risks,it is bound to do the test through a transformation to the strategy of Hengyang transfer of rural surplus labor and pension model transformation to explore and study the corresponding countermeasures,it has very important theoretical significance and practical significance,is conducive to the establishment of old-age protection system effectively,is conducive to the sustainable development of the rural economy,but also conducive to the enrichment and development of endowment pattern and theory.In the specific research methods,in accordance with the above research direction and objectives,this paper mainly adopts the research method of trinity.That is,for the different nature of the core content,select different research methods,and cooperate with the corresponding operational research program,multi angle research.In the choice of the specific research methods,the paper adopts the methods of logical deduction and historical induction,normative analysis and empirical analysis.At the same time,in the process of collecting and sorting out the data in this study,we should adopt different methods,such as literature,interview,comparative analysis and so on.First,the literature material method.In this paper,the recent literature on the development and innovation of the pension model in recent years at home and abroad,especially in the development of the pension model of the problems in the study and thinking.This paper summarizes the concept and the concept of the pension model,and summarizes the framework of the research.Second,survey visits.On the basis of theoretical research,for the development of pension mode field survey was conducted to better understand the current situation,development agencies in Hengyang City nursing homes and other problems,explore the corresponding countermeasures.Third,data analysis.In this paper,according to the progress of the research,we adopt the method of data analysis,combined with the results of the survey,the implementation of structured interviews,conducted a detailed analysis and evaluation.更多还原
