眉山供电公司电力调度自动化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在国家电网总公司大力推行智能电网的发展背景下,电网调度自动化系统已经成为各地供电公司构建智能电网的重要途径和手段。电网调度自动化系统能够以统一的技术体系和工具平台为电网调度工作人员提供便利的电网调度操作管理接口,对于提高电网调度工作的质量与效率有着重要的促进作用。本文对眉山供电公司的电网调度自动化系统的设计与研发工作进行了详细考察与研究,该系统能够基于SCADA系统实现对电网运行状态的自动化采集和分析,并提供基于电网拓扑结构图的方式为电网调度工作人员提供便利的图上调度操作功能接口。在具体的研究工作中,本文首先对电网调度自动化系统、.NET平台技术、XML数据交互技术以及数据库操作技术等理论和技术进行了整理分析,为系统的设计与研发工作提供了理论和技术基础。随后,对该系统的需求分析工作进行了考察研究,包括了公司当前的电网调度业务概况、问题和系统的研发目标,同时提出系统的功能需求、数据需求和性能需求。第三,对该系统的功能设计工作进行了详细分析,包括了系统的总体设计、核心功能模块设计以及后台数据库设计等方面。最后,对该系统的功能开发实现工作以及测试工作进行了分析介绍,利用序列图的方式对系统的核心功能的逻辑实现工作进行分析,并展示系统的部分运行效果,同时通过LoadRunner测试工具,对该系统的功能及性能表现进行了测试分析。本文研究的电网调度自动化系统中包括了全网数据采集、异常告警、全网拓扑管理、调度操作管理、事故反演等功能,能够为电网调度工作人员提供一体化的电网调度自动化作业平台与工具,提高供电公司电网调度作业的整体效率和质量。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the development of smart grid promoted by the State Grid Corporation vigorously,the power grid dispatching automation system has become an important way and means to build smart grid for power companies in China.The grid dispatching automation system can provide the convenient grid dispatch operation management interface for the grid dispatching staff with the unified technical system and the tool platform.Therefore,it has an important role in promoting the quality and efficiency of grid dispatching.The design and implenmetation work of the grid dispatching automation system of the power company the author worked in is researched and introduced in detail.The system studied in this thesis could collect and analysis the power grid running status based on the SCADA system in the power company.And at the mean time,the system can provide facilities for the dispatchers in the dispatching function on the grid topology chart.In the study work of this thesis,the theoretical and technical basis related in the development work of the system is studied in detail firstly,including the power grid dispatching automation system,.NET development technology,XML data interface technology,and the database development technology,etc.Secondly,the needing analysis work of the system is researched deeply,including the business environment of power grid dispatching in the power company,whole development target of the system,functional needing analysis,data needing analysis,peiformence needing analysis,etc.Thirdly,the design work of the system is studied based on the needing analysis work of the system,including the overall framework design,functional module design work,the database design work,etc.Finally,the realization work and the testing work of the power grid dispatching automation system is introduced and studied,including the serial graphics of the key functions of the system,the functional and unfunctional testing work,and so on.The grid dispatching automation system studied in this thesis includes the whole network data acquisition,abnormal alarm,the whole network topology management,scheduling operation and management,accident inversion and other functions.And which can provide the integrated grid operation automation platform and tool for the grid dispatching staff to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the power grid dispatching operation.
