【摘要】 近年来随着软件技术飞速发展,项目规模和复杂程度也越来越大,大量的统计资料表明加强风险管理是提高软件项目成功率、保证项目实施质量必不可少的关键过程,虽然大家都知道风险管理的重要性和危险性,但实际情况中很多软件项目在实施过程中依然只重视技术,忽视管理,在项目初期不严格制定风险管理计划,后期一旦风险因素出现,就只能依靠人为的主观性和经验非常被动甚至消极解决,轻者项目超支,工期延误、开发质量不达标,严重者导致项目终止,所以在项目初期就应该引入将风险管理,尤其是对人员的管控,通过系统化、科学化和规范化的风险管理,确保软件项目顺利实施。本文根据软件项目风险管理的理论,以四川广电经营分析系统开发项目为例,首先对东软公司软件开发项目存在的问题进行了总结分析,又把经营分析系统开发项目背景现状建设目标、实施计划做简单介绍,根据项目风险管理的五大过程(风险管理规划、风险识别、风险评估、风险应对、风险监控),将软件风险管理方法论和工具实际应用到经营分析系统开发项目风险管理中,运用头脑风暴法和会议访谈法对四川广电经营分析系统开发项目的风险因素进行识别和分类,然后通过实施风险定性分析工具把识别出来的风险清单进行评估分析计算,再根据专家判断法和对比风险概率和影响矩阵对风险因素进行评级排序,最后对关键高等风险的产生原因进行分析,并提出应对措施对中低等风险实现风险监控,通过对该项目风险管理分析研究,总结出类似软件项目风险管理模型,为东软公司其他项目提供有效的可供借鉴参考的风险管理案例,更是对本人以后工作有非常大的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent year,as the rapid development of software industry,a large number of statistical data show that strengthening risk management is the best way to improve the success rate of software projects and it can ensure the quality of the implementation of essential process,although we know the importance of risk,most people focus on technology instead of management when implementation software projects,there is no risk management plan in the early,once meeting the risk of the projects,people can only rely on artificial subjectivity or just their experience to salve the problems,as a result there will be many possibilities,like delaying,over the budget and so on,so the beginning of the project should be the introduction of risk management,.Based on the theory of software project risk management,this thesis summarizes the risk management problems of the Neusoft Group and it analyzes the current situation of the business analysis system.According to the five processes of project risk management(risk management planning,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring),the software risk management methodology and tool application practice are put into the risk management,with the brainstorming method and the expert judgment method,we can identify and classify the risk factors based on the risk of the development project and the business analysis system,and then evaluate the risk list by the risk probability matrix method,not only with the qualitative analysis way we can calculate the impact of risk and the level of the risk of the reasons for the analysis,but also we can put forward countermeasures to achieve risk control and monitoring,through this project analysis,summed up a similar software project risk management model,it can provide an effective reference ways for other projects Neusoft Risk management cases,at the same time it will be very helpful for my work in future.更多还原
