XX公司物流外包的风险管理与控制研究

【摘要】 伴随着全球经济一体化的发展趋势,物流供应链管理理念也发生了变化,在传统模式下的集中计划观念开始逐渐转变,朝各个部门及各合作方互相配合执行的目标靠近。供应链管理的范围也从以往的单纯供应链管理一条线上的直观部门及合作方,调整到面向整个企业的范围,同时延伸到从供应商到生产企业和服务商,再到终端客户消费者的关联模式。在企业管理和服务的功能不断延伸的发展趋势下,其客观上也要求企业在物流管理上能有效地整合各种物流活动和相应的业务所对应的信息化需求和发展,开展全方位的系统化管理。但是,生产企业或者服务企业自己本身也不是与生俱来就具备这样的功能,而第三方和第四方物流企业作为生产企业的服务提供商,虽然能够在一定程度上为供应链上的客户提供最优的供应链管理解决方案,从而使客户的成本降低和效益最大,但是第三方和第四方物流外包的弊端和风险仍然存在。现阶段,汽车行业的火爆发展会对我国的物流需求带来市场刺激,而汽车行业的物流外包运营改革模式也势必会给各行业带来刮目相看的重大意义。本次论文通过介绍XX公司的供应链管理现状,以及分析XX公司物流外包的风险管理问题,结合自己在MBA学习过程中所掌握的供应链管理的相关知识,希望能够为汽车行业物流外包风险管理中所遇到问题,提供一些值得有参考价值的解决方案,以及理论依据和实践参考建议。本文对一些相关行业规范及现状作了介绍,借鉴了一些学术性的理论分析方法,并结合具体XX公司的物流外包实际项目案例运行进行了探讨分析,分析了物流外包风险控制管理的重要性和关联性。XX公司通过引进物流外包的运输管理系统(TMS)进行合理风险控制,全面监控企业物流上下游的整体运营,建立了部分物流运输分模块外包+企业成员自营管理+系统管控的相结合模式,为管理双方之间搭建了一个实用有效的沟通管理平台。通过建立XX公司的物流管理优化策略,促使整个公司供应链管理的优化整合,从而为实现整个企业的长期战略发展目标提供有力的支持。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of global economic integration,logistics and supply chain management concept also changed gradually to the centralized and decentralized execution plan combined with the direction of development,the enterprise internal management structure is also showing the distribution and integrated trend combining;decision-making model of the enterprise from transition toward the various functional departments for the entire enterprise of all,and finally into the whole supply chain.So it requires the supply chain system in the process of building a new network of cooperation across the enterprise,the manufacturers,suppliers,service providers and other supply chain partners together,constitute a complete business process.The development trend of extending continuously in the enterprise management and service function under the information needs of the objective also requires enterprises can effectively integrate various logistics activities and the corresponding business correspondence in logistics management,a full development system of management.However,this ability is not engaged in commodity production and sale enterprises,and as a professional logistics service provider of the third party and the fourth party logistics enterprise can provide optimal supply chain solutions for customers in the supply chain to a certain extent,so that to achieve the lowest cost and the maximum benefit,but the disadvantages and risks of third party and the fourth party logistics outsourcing still exist.At this stage,the automotive industry booming development in our country stimulates logistics demand market,and operation reform of logistics outsourcing mode of automobile industry,which also gives the other industries great significance.This paper analyzes the risk management of XX company logistics outsourcing,combined with the related theories of supply chain management,exploration and research in the theoretical method and practical measures of automobile logistics outsourcing risk management problems.Using the analytical method of normative theory,combined with the specific case analysis,we investigate the logistics outsourcing risk control management and practicability comprehensively.The establishment of XX company logistics outsourcing of transportation management system is the effective risk management and enterprise risk management mode of combining self-control,a practical standard as a communication platform between administrators and managers,by improving the XX company logistics management optimization strategy,to promote the integration and optimization of supply chain management of the whole company.It is in order to achieve the whole enterprise strategic development goals,and promote the healthy and rapid development of the XX company supplier chain management.
