【摘要】 1975年,为改变全国政治和经济动荡的局势,纠正“文革”运动的“左”倾错误思想,邓小平对全国的经济进行了全面的整顿。全面整顿以铁路作为突破口,被迫中断于“反击右倾翻案风”运动,在不到一年的时间里,对全国的交通、工业、农业、军队、科技、教育和文化等各个领域开展工作。虽然整顿工作未能从根本上纠正“文革”运动的“左”倾错误思想,但它试图扭转运动期间倒退的国民经济和混乱的社会秩序,使整顿成为党中央领导人民进行拨乱反正的探索和改革开放的尝试,也使其成为中国当代历史进程重大转折的前奏。本文以1975年福建的经济整顿作为研究课题,探究地处东海之滨的福建在1975年是如何紧随中央步调开展经济整顿工作,剖析整顿前夕中央和福建“文革”运动的形势走向,概述福建经济整顿的整体脉络和特点,并思考整顿与改革开放新时期的良性互动和实际开展过程中存在的问题,最后结合现代化的发展前景,希冀为福建经济的现代化建设提供经验教训。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1975,in order to correct the "Great Proletarion Cultural Revolution" of the "left"through theory errors,Deng xiaoping conducted an rectification of Chinese economy.Comprehensive rectification to the railway as a breakthrough,forced interrupt by"Counter rightist overturn wind" movement,in less than a year,to carry out rectification work in all areas of transportation,likes industry,agriculture,military,science and technology,education and culture.Although the fundamental issues of "Great Proletarion Cultural Revolution" cann’t be corrected by comprehensive rectification.But attempts to reverse the chaotic social order and the backward economy system.The comprehensive rectification as a prelude to a major turning point in the process of Chinese contemporary history,it makes rectification act by the party leads the people to explore and attempt to reform and open.This paper takes the Fujian economic rectification in 1975 as the research topic.In the East China Sea,Fujian is how to follow the pace of the central government to carry out economic rectification work in 1975,analyzes the situation of the central and Fujian before the rectification,outlines the overall context and characteristic of the Fujian economic rectification,and considerate the effective historical significance of rectification and reform and open,and the actual problems in the process of rectification,combined with the development prospects of modernization,broaden the ideas for the construction of the new pattern of Fujian economy.更多还原
