【摘要】 随着我国生态环境问题日渐严重,中国共产党对生态文明建设的认识不断丰富,不断发展,生态文明建设已成为中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容。基于我国生态文明建设的实践,探寻生态文明建设的创新和发展过程,对于我们深刻领会中国共产党生态文明建设思想具有重要意义。本文从五个部分论述了中国共产党生态文明建设思想,在对国内外研究现状进行系统阐述和分析以及对学术界关于生态文明、生态文明建设观点归纳的基础上,针对改革开放以来中国共产党生态文明建设思想进行理论探源,提出中国共产党生态文明建设思想是以马克思恩格斯人与自然辩证统一思想及人、社会、自然和谐发展思想为理论基础,继承了毛泽东生态思想,汲取了中华传统文化中的生态思想,同时又有对西方生态思想的借鉴。通过探索改革开放以来中国共产党生态文明建设思想的发展历程,分析改革开放以来中国共产党生态文明建设思想的层次架构与内在机制,并以此为基础提出进一步加强中国共产党生态文明建设的路径,对于巩固和完善我国社会主义生态文明建设具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s increasingly serious ecological environment problems,the Chinese Communist Party’s understanding of ecological civilization construction has also developed,in a continuous process of innovation and development.The construction of ecological civilization has become an important feature of China’s socialist construction.Exploring the process of innovation and development enhances our understanding of ecological civilization construction,and is of great significance for a deep understanding of ecological civilization construction within the Chinese Communist Party.This paper discusses the construction of Communist Party of China ecological civilization thought in five parts.On the basis of current research regarding ecological civilization construction in China and abroad,it describes and analyses ecological civilization construction in academic circles,in the Communist Party of China thought since Reform and Opening Up.Ecological civilization construction thought of the Communist Party not only absorbs and inherits the essence of Chinese traditional culture,but also refers to the advanced experience of Marx’s ecological civilization thought and western ecological civilization thought.The theoretical analysis of the scientific connotation of ecological civilization construction thought of the Communist Party by studying and the practice of the thought about the ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party since the reform and opening up,which promotes an improvement in the ecological legal governance system with certain theoretical and practical significance.更多还原
