【摘要】 档案管理部门在日常的工作和管理过程中都会产生各种各样的档案文件。以前独立学院在进行档案管理工作时,对大部分文书档案还是采用原始的手工劳作方式进行处理。由于这一过程中全程有人员参与,所以给档案的安全造成了一定的威胁。同时,由于这些档案信息都是通过纸制方式进行保存,档案的查找以及维护效率也相当低下,所以这些档案信息的利用率较低。在信息技术飞速发展的今天,以人工方式为主的档案管理模式显然已经无法满足当下的档案管理需求。采购一套成熟的档案管理系统花费较多,而且还不一定适合我院的档案管理实际情况。为了节约经费,同时培养档案馆工作人员,学院最后决定档案馆自己开发档案管理系统。通过采用数字化、网络化的档案管理系统,高校的档案管理工作将更加规范化,在保证工作准确率的同时也极大地提高了工作效率,整个档案管理工作将朝着高效、快速、无纸化、以数据为依据的方向发展。本文根据东南大学成贤学院对档案管理的实际需求,应用J2EE平台和SQL Server数据库系统开发了基于B/S模式的档案管理系统。本文对档案管理系统的设计和开发、测试进行了完整的阐述。本文首先对用户需求进行了详细的分析,提出了系统各种应用场景下的需求用例。其次对档案管理系统进行了概要设计,讨论了系统的物理架构、逻辑架构和安全架构的设计。在详细设计部分中,论文详细说明了档案收集模块、档案管理和服务模块的设计和开发流程,并对全文检索技术做了详细的描述。最后本文描述了档案管理系统功能测试和性能测试的过程,这些功能性和正确性的测试保证了系统的安全可靠,也保证了系统的可用性和可维护性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the daily work,archives management departments will produce a variety of.archives in the management process.Previously,most of the archives are managed in manual methods in independent colleges.Because this work has personnel involved in the process,the security of the file is under threat.At the same time,these information files are preserved by thesis,archives searching and maintenance efficiency is very low.With the rapid development of information technology,manual mode based archive management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the current archive management.Procurement of a mature archives management system to spend more,but not necessarily suitable for the actual situation of our hospital archives management.In order to save money,while training archives staff,the college finally decided to develop their own archives management system.Archives management in Colleges will be more standardized by use of digital,network-based file management system.The system not only improves the accuracy of the work,but also greatly improves the efficiency of the work.The archives management based on the data will be more efficient,fast,and paperless.According to the actual needs of the ChenXian College of Southeast University,thisis develops a B/S mode archives management system based on J2EE platform and Server SQL database system.The design,implementation and testing in archives management system are fully explained in thesis.Thesis makes a detailed analysis of user needs,puts forward the use cases of the system in various application scenarios.Secondly,thesis describes the general design of system,and discusses physical architecture,logical architecture and security architecture of the system.Thesis also describes the design and development process of archives collection module,archives management and service module in detail design,and the full text of the search technology to do a detailed description.Finally,the functional testing and performance testing of archives management system are discussed.This procedure guarantees the security and reliability of the system,and it ensures the availability and maintainability of the system.更多还原
