装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价研究

【摘要】 装配式混凝土建筑是指把在工厂生产的预制混凝土构件运输至工地,经装配、连接、部分现浇而成的建筑。相对于传统的现浇建筑,装配式混凝土建筑具有缩短工期、节约能源与材料、节省劳动力、绿色环保等优势。该建造模式已在国外很多发达国家被广泛使用。目前我国为加速建筑业转型升级,正积极推广发展装配式建筑。但由于我国这种建造方式发展时间较短,技术体系不够成熟、缺乏相应的实践经验,预制构件单位、施工单位的质量管理水平千差万别,装配式建筑工程质量更是参差不齐。如何科学评价装配式混凝土建筑建造质量,提高预制单位、施工单位的质量管理水平,以适应装配式建筑大规模建设的需求,是一个值得研究的有意义的课题。鉴于此,本文主要围绕装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价进行了研究,为我国装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价的发展和完善提供理论指导和实践参考。首先,采用系统工程的思想,基于预制构件流程视角——生产、运输、堆放、安装、连接,根据质量形成过程,将装配式混凝土建造过程分为预制构件生产、物流运输,装配施工三个阶段。并结合事前、事中、事后三阶段质量控制原理和过程理论,分别从生产准备、生产过程、生产后检验、运输及堆放管理、装配准备、装配过程、装配后验收7个方面,采用实地调研、专家访谈、文献书籍及标准规范等方法识别出质量影响要素。在此基础上,运用Vague集理论进行指标的重要性筛选,从而构建出全面系统的装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价体系。然后,根据装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价特点,针对不同层级指标的内涵及特征采用COWA算子和G1法对其分别赋权,提高了赋权过程的科学性,并与多级模糊综合评价方法相结合,充分反映出建造全过程各阶段质量状况。最后,将装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价的综合理论方法应用到青岛市万达游艇产业园48班小学建设工程项目中,进行了实例分析和研究,验证了本文所构建的综合评价方法的科学性和可行性,得出了符合实际的科学结论。同时从组织结构、流程管理、监管方式、承包模式、信息化协同管理五个方面,提出了质量改进的措施及一般建议:完善质量管理体系,加强过程管理和质量监督、推行EMPC工程总承包管理模式、BIM信息化平台建设。综上,本文立足于提高装配式混凝土建筑建造全过程质量管理水平,对装配式混凝土建筑建造管理及评价理论进行了研究。目的在于构建全面系统化的装配式混凝土建筑建造质量评价体系,为政府监管以及预制构件单位、施工单位生产施工提供了理论支持。以期提高预制构件单位、施工单位的质量管理水平,改进装配式混凝土建筑工程质量,推进产业化快速发展。同时,也为我国装配式混凝土建筑建造质量的评价提供了一种新的思路。
【Abstract】 The prefabricated concrete building is the construction of precast concrete components manufactured in the factory and transported to the construction site,which are assembled,connected,and partially poured.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place building,the assembled concrete building has the advantages of shortening the construction period,saving energy and materials,saving labor force,green environmental protection and so on.This type of building is widely used in many developed countries abroad.At present,In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of construction industry,our country is actively promoting development of prefabricated construction,but because our country development time is shorter,this way of building the system of the technology is not mature enough,lack of corresponding practical management experience,prefabricated construction engineering quality is uneven,prefabricated units and construction units quality management level is differ in thousands ways.It is a meaningful subject that how to evaluate the prefabricated concrete construction quality and improve the quality of the precast units and construction unit’s management level in order to adapt to the demand of the construction of the prefabricated building large-scale.So this article studies mainly around the prefabricated concrete construction quality assessment,Meanwhile,we also explore its development from theory and practice these two aspects.Firstly,this paper adopts the idea of system engineering,which is based on the process of prefabricated component flow-production,transportation,stacking,installation and connection.According to the quality formation,the assembly concrete construction process is divided into three stages: prefabricated component production,logistics transportation and assembly construction.And then combined with the three-stage quality control principle and process theory of beforehand,concurrent and afterwards.From the production preparation,production process,post-production inspection,transportation and stacking management,assembly preparation,assembly process,the assembly after the acceptance of seven aspects.And uses field research,expert interviews,literature books and standard specifications to identify all the elements of quality impact.On the basis of this,we use the theory of Vague sets to select the importance index,so as to construct the quality evaluation system of the assembly concrete building of the comprehensive system.Then,based on the characteristics of prefabricated concrete construction quality evaluation,this paper adopts COWA operator and G1 method according to the connotation and characteristics of different level indicators respectively empowerment and improves the index weight of scientific objectivity,and combining with the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the stages can fully reflect the construction of the whole process of quality grade.Finally,this paper applies the comprehensive theory of quality evaluation of assembly concrete construction to the engineering practice,and systematically analyzes and studies the construction project of 48 primary schools in Wanda Yacht Industrial Park,Qingdao,and validates the comprehensive The scientific method and the technical route of the evaluation method and the technical route,and obtains the scientific conclusion which is realistic.At the same time,the quality improvement measures and general suggestions are put forward from the aspects of organization,process management,supervision mode,contracting mode and information collaborative management: improve the quality management system,pay attention to process management,strengthen quality supervision,implement EMPC project general contract management model,construct BIM information platform.Based on the research on the quality evaluation and management theory of the whole process of assembly concrete construction,the aim is to construct a comprehensive and systematic index system of quality evaluation of assembly concrete building construction,and use scientific and effective quality evaluation method to construct quality evaluation.It provides theoretical support for government supervision and prefabricated unit and construction unit construction,with a view to improving the quality management level of prefabricated components and construction units,improving the quality of assembly concrete construction and promoting the rapid development of industrialization.And provides a new way of thinking for the evaluation of concrete building construction quality.
