【摘要】 近年来,随着城市产业结构的转型,人们对生活品质要求的提高,推动了文化创意产业的快速发展。文化创意产业主要是指以文化为基础,以创新为核心,以思想为动力,通过资源的有效整合,将文化创意转化为高附加值的产品。创新的根本在于人才的引进,因此,人才是文化创意产业园实现长远发展的关键因素,而高校作为人才培养的摇篮,聚集了各个领域的优秀人才,可以为文化创意产业园的发展提供了源源不断的动力。近几年,我国不少高校也纷纷开始建设文化创意产业园,此种园区模式在快速兴起的过程中也存在着一些亟待解决的问题,包括园区的管理、创意人才的匮乏、园区空间的建设等问题,空间作为园区特色的直接体现者,它的设计对园区健康发展起着十分关键的作用。因此,针对园区空间发展存在的问题,笔者从城市设计的层面出发,探求和分析高校文化创意产业园空间的发展,并寻求合理的设计思路和方法,是论文研究的目的与意义所在。论文首先对高校文化创意产业园相关的问题进行了总体性的概括,包括文化创意产业、文化创意产业园、高校文化创意产业园三方面。随后对论文涉及的相关理论进行阐述,并对高校文化创意产业园空间发展成因、发展状况、发展问题以及发展趋势做了分析。第三章和第四章为论文核心章节,笔者试图从城市设计层面研究高校文化创意产业园空间的设计方法。笔者主要从两个大的方向入手,分别从园区的外部城市空间和内部城市空间去研究园区的空间、功能、交通、景观、建筑形态等方面的城市设计认识和方法,从而对空间设计形成系统的认识,以提升城市、高校以及园区空间的品质。最后,论文通过“之江文化创意园”这一案例的分析,重点对园区内外的城市空间塑造进行具体分析,从而对前面的论述进行佐证和补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the transformation of urban industrial structure,people’s improvement of quality of life requirements,to promote the rapid development of cultural and creative industries.Cultural and creative industries mainly refers to the culture as the basis,to innovation as the core,thinking as the driving force,through the effective integration of resources,cultural and creative into high value-added products.The fundamental innovation lies in the introduction of talent,therefore,The talent is the key factor of the sustained and healthy development of the cultural and creative industrial park.As the cradle of talent cultivation,the university has gathered talents in various fields and provided a steady stream of power for the development of cultural and creative industrial parks.In recent years,many colleges and universities have also started building cultural and creative industrial park,This kind of park mode in the rapid rise of the process there are some urgent problems to be solved,Including the management of the park,the lack of creative talent,the park space construction and other issues,And space as a direct embodiment of the characteristics of the park,its design of the park’s healthy development plays a very critical role.From the point of view of urban design,it is the purpose and significance of the paper to explore and analyze the development of the space of cultural and creative industrial park in colleges and universities and seek reasonable design ideas and methods.This paper first summarizes the related issues of the paper,including cultural and creative industries,cultural and creative industrial park,university cultural and creative industrial park three aspects.Then the paper expounds the relevant theories involved in the paper,and analyzes the causes,development status,development problems and development trend of the spatial development of cultural and creative industrial parks in colleges and universities.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 are the core chapters of the thesis.The author tries to study the design method of the space of cultural and creative industrial park in urban design level.The author mainly from two major directions to study,the paper studies the urban design cognition and method of the space,function,transportation,landscape and architectural form of the park from the external city space and the internal city space of the park,So as to understand the space system to form a system to enhance the quality of the city,universities and park space.Finally,through the analysis of the case of "Zhijiang Cultural and Creative Garden",the paper focuses on the concrete analysis of urban space shaping inside and outside the park,so as to support and supplement the previous discussion.更多还原
