【摘要】 足球运动是“世界第一运动”,然而我国足球运动的发展却始终无法跟上世界先进水平,十八大以来,国家领导人与政府对我国足球运动的发展高度重视,审核通过《中国足球改革发展总体方案》,方案中将校园足球作为我国足球改革发展的重点,得到全社会的广泛关注。小学教育作为我国校园教育的起点,是打基础的重要阶段,而我国农村人口仍然占全国总人口的一半以上,加上关于“城乡差距”、“留守儿童”等社会问题,乡镇小学的校园足球发展不容忽视。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,调查分析盐城市乡镇小学校园足球的发展保障条件、乡镇小学生对校园足球的参与现状、乡镇足球教师、教练员的基本情况以及乡镇小学足球队的建设情况,希望通过本研究了解盐城市乡镇小学校园足球发展中存在的优势和困境,并给乡镇小学足球今后的发展提供有效的对策,希望通过本文的研究,直观的反映我国二三线城市乡镇、农村小学在国家提出足球改革发展方案后的发展现状,对于目前处于摸索期的乡镇小学足球教学起到一定理论指导作用。本研究所得的结论如下:1自2015年起,盐城市乡镇小学足球运动得到飞速的发展,学校领导对足球运动的开展都持支持态度,场地器材与资金虽尚不能满足需求,但已有很大的改善,乡镇校园足球的发展条件得到很大的改善。2盐城市乡镇小学都已经将足球教学纳入体育必修课,足球课的开课率达到100%,但也出现了部分学校足球教学课时占比过大的问题。盐城市小学足球竞赛体系完备,能够满足乡镇小学足球队的竞赛需求,但在参赛级别和技战术水平上,乡镇小学与市区小学足球队之间的差距很大。3盐城市乡镇小学生对足球运动的认知水平相对较差,虽然绝大多数乡镇小学生喜欢并且希望参与足球运动,但自主参与的能力较差,对足球运动的参与过分依赖学校和老师,导致实际课余参与的学生相对较少,课余参与没有起到在校园足球的发展中本应发挥的作用。4盐城市乡镇小学足球教师队伍比较年轻、足球执教年限短;教师学历层次较高,但足球专业出身的教师少。盐城市教师在职培训机会多,市区与乡镇小学在足球培训的机会和要求方面无太大差异;教师虽有一定的科研工作量,但普遍存在重实践轻理论的现象。5盐城市乡镇小学有较完备的足球队管理制度,为足球队训练提供了有力的保障。足球教练员责任心较强,但经验不足,日常训练的运动负荷大,对运动损伤与恢复的重视程度不够,科学选材与科学训练的能力仍有待加强。由于“学训”矛盾,乡镇小学足球运动员以中低年级学生为主,存在较严重的人才断层现象。6盐城市乡镇小学足球运动的发展对策:转变观念,破除形式主义;关注“留守小学生”,加强与家长交流;整合资源,加强校际间的合作;开辟新渠道,破解足球教练不足问题;提高农村足球队的保障机制;确保足球队和足球课程共同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Football is the first game in the world ",but the development of football in China is still unable to keep up with the world advanced level,since eighteen,national leaders and the government on the development of Chinese football attaches great importance to the audit by the" China football reform overall program development plan ",the campus football as the focus of the development of Chinese football reform the widespread concern of the whole society.Primary school education as the starting point of campus education in our country,is the important foundation stage,and China’s rural population still accounts for more than half of the total population,and about the gap between urban and rural areas " and " left-behind children " and other social problems,the township primary school campus football development can not be ignored.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods to investigate and analyze the basic situation of Yancheng City rural primary school campus football development,security conditions of township pupils on campus football participation status,football teachers and coaches of the township and the construction of Township Primary school football team,I hope to understand the development of Township Primary School Campus football in Yancheng City advantages and difficulties through this research,and to the township primary school football development in the future to provide effective countermeasures.The conclusions of this investigation are as follows:1 Since 2015 1,Yancheng City township primary school football has been the rapid development,the leadership of the school football sports support,equipment and funds are still unable to meet the demand,but has improved,the development condition of township campus football greatly improve.2 the township primary schools in Yancheng City have put the football teaching into the required course of sports,the rate of football class has reached 100%,but there have been some schools football teaching hours accounted for too big problem.Yancheng City primary school football competition system is complete,can meet the needs of the township primary school football team competition,but in the level of participation and technical and tactical level,the township primary school and urban primary school football team is very different.3 Yancheng City Township pupils cognitive level of football is relatively poor,although the vast majority of township pupils love and hope to participate in football,but the ability of independent participation of the poor,to participate in football over reliance on schools and teachers,students participate in the extracurricular practical lead to relatively less,did not play after school to participate in the development of campus football in the should play a role.4 Yancheng City Township Primary School Football teachers are relatively young,football coaching years is short,teachers have a higher level of education,but the football professional origin of teachers less.Yancheng City teachers in-service training opportunities,no big differences in urban and rural primary school opportunities in football training and requirements;teachers has certain scientific research,but generally pay more attention to the practice while the theory of the phenomenon of light.5 Yancheng City Township Primary School has a relatively complete management system of football teams,which provides a strong guarantee for the football team training.Football coaches have a strong sense of responsibility,but they lack experience,the daily training has great sports load,the importance of sports injury and recovery is not enough,and the ability of scientific selection and scientific training is still to be strengthened.Because of the contradiction between learning and training,the junior middle school football players in the township primary school are mainly in the middle and lower grades,and there is a serious phenomenon of "talent dislocation".6 The development countermeasures of Yancheng City 6 township primary school football: changing ideas,get rid of formalism;pay attention to "left behind pupils",strengthen the communication with parents;the integration of resources,strengthen inter school cooperation;open up new channels to solve the problem of shortage of football coach;improve the security mechanism of the rural football team;ensure the football and soccer course common development.更多还原
