【摘要】 随着时代的发展,物流对于企业乃至国家的作用得到了显著提升。尤其近年来,以物流为基础的电子商务行业快速崛起,更使得物流的作用日渐被广大消费者所认可。因此,企业为了满足消费者的需求,以获得最大化收益,必须在企业物流管理绩效的提升上采取有效措施,其中,物流运作模式选择是企业物流业务管理中最关键的工作之一。物流运作模式是指,在生产运营过程中,企业所采取的管理物流活动的方式策略与操作标准。适合的物流运作模式能够在成本控制以及服务水平等多个方面提高企业的物流管理绩效,这也使得物流运作模式的选择问题受到了各领域的高度关注。在对企业物流运作模式选择的研究中,许多学者提出了不同的物流运作模式选择方法,但已有方法大多属于定性研究或简单定量研究,而既具有物流理论基础又能够充分结合企业实际情况作出准确决策的方法较为少见;已有研究往往仅对于物流运作模式进行选择,而较少能够给出物流运作模式选择的研究框架;已有对于物流运作模式选择维度评价的研究较为普遍,但较少能够系统地构建评价指标体系。因此,物流运作模式的选择问题仍有较大研究空间。通过对物流运作模式选择问题的进一步研究,一方面,能够完善和发展物流运作模式选择的相关理论与方法;另一方面,能够在一定程度上提高物流运作模式选择方法的准确性及有效性;同时,基于提出的物流运作模式选择方法解决现实中物流运作模式选择问题具有较强的实际价值。因此,本文对于物流运作模式选择问题的研究,无论在理论方法层面,还是实际应用层面都具有重要意义。鉴于此,本文开展了有关物流运作模式选择问题的研究工作,具体可分为以下三个方面:(1)企业物流运作模式选择的维度及评价指标。分析和描述了基于Ballou二维决策矩阵的物流运作模式选择维度,具体包括物流对企业成功的重要性以及企业经营物流能力,进而,分别对两维度评价指标的相关文献进行了整理和归纳,并在此基础上,构建了基于Ballou二维矩阵的物流运作模式选择维度的评价指标体系。(2)基于模糊语言评价信息的企业物流运作模式选择方法。首先,介绍了模糊评价语言以及二元语义模糊信息处理方法的相关概念和理论,继而,分别给出了基于专家群体评价的评价指标权重获取方法和基于二元语义信息处理的指标权重确定方法,进而,进行了基于Ballou二维决策模型的综合评价,具体地,采用了基于专家群体评价的模糊语言评价信息获取方法对评价信息进行获取,并分别对两维度进行综合指标评价,在此基础上,给出了物流运作模式选择的决策方法。(3)应用研究:内蒙古A公司物流运作模式的选择。对内蒙古A公司的概况、A公司物流运作现状以及A公司物流运作模式选择重要性进行了梳理和描述,在此基础上,采用本文给出的企业物流运作模式选择方法,对A公司的物流运作模式的选择进行了实际应用。本文给出的物流运作模式选择方法,可以更好地辅助企业决策者对企业的物流运作模式做出判断和选择。另外,所做研究丰富和拓展了物流运作模式选择的方法,为进一步的研究奠定了坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the time developing,the role of logistics for enterprise,even for the statement,has been improved deeply.Especially in recent years,E-commerce industry,which is based on logistics,has risen rapidly,this makes the role of logistics be recognized by the consumers further.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of consumers to gain maximum profits,enterprises must take effective measures to improve enterprise logistics management performance,and logistics operation mode selection is one of the most critical work among the effective measures.Logistics operation mode is the management mode and operating standards which enterprises logistics activities relate to in the processes of production and enterprises operation.Suitable logistics operation mode could promote enterprise logistics management performance in many aspects,such as cost and service level,which also makes logistics operation mode selection problem get lots of attentions in various fields.In the research of logistics operation mode selection,many scholars put forward different logistics operation mode selection methods,but most existing methods are qualitative or simply quantitative research,and the method which combines both logistics theory and accurate decision-making is relatively rare;Existing researches always only researched for logistics operation mode selection,but rarely related to the research framework;Researches for the study of logistics operation mode selection evaluation factors is relatively common,but which are less able to systematically construct the evaluation index system.Therefore,the problem of the logistics operation mode selection could still be researched in a big space.The further research of logistics operation mode selection problems,on the one hand,could improve and develop the theories and methods of logistics operation mode selection,On the other hand,could improve the accuracy and effectiveness of logistics operation mode selection method in some degree.Besides,taking use of given method to solve the real logistics operation mode selection problem has strong practical value.Therefore,the research of logistics operation mode selection has significant meaning in the area of both method theory and practical application.For the above reasons,this paper carried out the research work on the problem of logistics operation mode selection,which could be divided into three aspects as follow:Firstly,the elements of enterprise logistics operation mode selection and evaluation indexes are proposed.More specifically,the elements of Ballou two-dimensional decision matrix for logistics operation mode selection,which conclude importance of logistics to business success and business logistics ability,have been analyzed and descriped.Then,the literatures of evaluation indexes of the two elements have been consolidated respectively,and on this basis,the evaluation indexes system of Ballou two-dimensional decision matrix elements has been constructed.Secondly,the selecting method of enterprise logistics operation mode based on the fuzzy linguistic assessment information is proposed.First of all,the basic theory of fuzzy linguistic and two-tuple linguistic method has been introduced.Then,the method of achieving expert group evaluation index weigh and the method of two-tuple linguistic index determine have been introduced.What’s more,the comprehensive evaluation based on Ballou two-dimensional model was carried out,more specifically,evaluation information is obtained using the fuzzy linguistic assessment information acquisition based on expert group evaluation method,then the two elements are evaluated,on the basis,the logistics operation mode selection decision method is given.Thirdly,application of logistics operation mode selection for Company A airfreight business.The company profile,company logistics profile and importance of logistics operation mode selection of Company A are described,and then,the given method of enterprise logistics operation mode selection has been used to solve the problem of Company A logistics operation model selection for practical application.The proposed logistics operation mode selection method can better assist decision makers of enterprise to make judgment and choice of logistics operation mode.In addition,this study enriches and expands the research contents and methods of logistics operation mode selection problem,and it can be a reference for further research work.更多还原
