软土地区超大直径双圆环支撑深基坑工程施工管理研究
Construction Management Research on Deep and Large Excavation with Large Diameter Double Ring Brace in Soft Soil Area

【摘要】 天津和上海均处于典型的软土地区,工程地质和水文地质条件较差,在城区深大基坑工程施工中面临着诸多技术和管理难题。本文依托天津陆家嘴广场项目和上海虹桥08地块D13项目的两个深大基坑工程,从基坑支护体系技术管理、基坑土方进度流程管理和基坑施工安全应急管理等方面,对支护体系方案选型、土方开挖流程和安全应急措施进行研究和总结,确保顺利完成工程安全、质量、进度、成本等各项目标。主要研究结论和成果包括:(1)通过围护结构方案技术经济分析,包括分坑方案与不分坑方案对比分析、支撑型式对撑与圆环形支撑对比分析、止帷幕三轴水泥土搅拌桩与等厚度水泥土搅拌墙(TRD)止水帷幕对比分析,选择出经济合理的支护体系;通过实践地下连续墙施工关键技术、TRD止水帷幕施工关键技术和超大直径双圆环支撑施工(直径分别为100m和150m),对围护结构、止水帷幕和内支撑施工管理要点进行了总结。(2)通过对中心岛台阶式和螺旋式两种不同土方开挖流程的对比分析,从开挖分块、出土效率、支撑形成等方面对土方开挖进度流程进行优选和实践,采用中心岛螺旋式土方开挖,充分利用时空效应,使土体暴露后在最短的时间内形成支撑体系,以有效控制基坑及周边环境变形。合理解决卸土点及土方车辆的停放地点、组织好交通稳定每天的出土量是保证挖土日出土量的关键。(3)通过对基坑工程安全、消防、治安及应急管理等方面的理论研究和实践,根据工程和公司事情情况,建立了集团、公司和项目部三位一体的安全保证体系,并依据安全保证体系制定明确的有针对性的安全、消防和治安等方面的管理措施,制定应急预案,建立应急组织机构,充分调动各方面资源,为安全管理提供组织和制度保障。
【Abstract】 Both Tianjin and Shanghai are located in typical soft soil area,where the engineering geology and hydrology geology contion is poor,so the deep and large foundation pit projects in urban district have a lot of technology and management problems.Relying on two foundation pit progects,Tianjin Lujiazui Squere project and Shanghai Hongqiao 08 Block D13 project,the article devote to research on foundation pit supporting technical management,foundation pit earthwork process management and foundation pit construction safety emergency management according to the supporting system of scheme selection,earthwork excavation process,and emergency safety plan,to realize the security,quality,schedule and economic goal of the projet.The main research content and results include:(1)According to the techno-economic analysis on supporting structure scheme,include the contrastive analysis of partition or no partition,line or ring-shaped brace system,Triaxial Soil-cement Mixing pile or Trench cutting Re-mixing Deep wall waterproof curtain,research and select the suitable foundation pit support system.The ring-shaped supporting system(Φ=116m/150m)can make most of concrete compressive strength,and form wide earth cutting speace.TRD waterproof curtain stirs well,and can avoid bad connetion,so the effect of preventing water is much better.(2)According to the conparition and analysis of the bench and auger-type on center island Earthwork excavation process,to research the schedule management of earthwork engineering of foundation pit from the excavation in blocks,unearthed efficiency and support formition.In the construction of foundation pite,take full advantage of the line and corner brace’s local system balance in two ring-shaped supporting systems,partical earch excavation conbine with partical baece constrction,adopt the the centre island auger-type earth excavation,complete the supporting system as soon as possible.Make the most of tau-effect,and complete the supporting system in the shortest possible time after excavation,to make the foundation pit and surrounding environment’s deformation under control.(3)According to the theoretical research and practical on foundation pit safty,fire-fighting,public security and emergency management,establish the safety production assurance system of group,company and project department trinity.Based on the assurance system,formulate specific and pointed security,fire-fighting,public security and emergency management measure,plan contingency plan,and establish emergency organization,give full play to all aspects of resources,and provide safety management organization and system guarantee.
