【摘要】 随着信息技术的不断发展和企业改革的深入,越来越多的企业开始重视通过企业自身的信息化建设来提高企业管理水平。当代企业之间的竞争除了产品外,更重要的是工作效率和运营成本的竞争,而协同办公系统是快速有效提升企业工作效率和降低运营成本的关键系统,它可以打破企业内各部门之间信息壁垒,让公司全员之间可以协同工作、知识传递、信息共享,成为一个统一操作、信息集成、业务协同的办公平台。如何通过实施协同办公系统来提升企业工作效率和管理能力,是众多企业不得不面对的一个重要课题。本文利用理论分析法通过介绍企业信息化建设内容、协同办公系统的特征以及它在企业管理中发挥的作用,结合文献分析法来查阅大量资料以便能更好的掌握协同办公系统在应用、运维、扩展等方面的情况,同时利用案例分析法以软件行业百强企业之一QM公司作为具体案例,分析公司目前应用的协同办公系统现状以及存在的问题,提出了通过业务梳理及分析、系统规划、移动办公等具体的改善举措,最后剖析了协同办公系统在QM公司运营管理中的发展战略,实现现代企业运用协同办公系统来提升企业管理水平,最终促进我国企业在建设和使用协同办公系统时更适合本企业管理要求,带动企业的管理水平不断提高和创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous developm ent of information technology and enterprise reform in depth,more and more enterprises began to pa y attention to their own infor mation through the construction of enterprises to improve the level of enterprise management.Competition between contemporary enterprises In add ition to products,the m ore important is the efficiency and operational costs of competition,then collaborative office system is fast an d effective to enhance th e efficiency of ente rprises and reduce operating costs of the key systems,it can break the infor mation barriers between the various departm ents within the enterprise,so that the company can work t ogether,knowledge transfer,information sharing,as a unified operation,infor mation integration,business collaboration office platform.How to implement the collaborative of fice system to enhance the ef ficiency of enterprises and management capabilities,many companies have to face an important issue.This paper introduces the char acteristics of enterprise information construction,the characteristics of collaborative office system and its role in enterprise management by means of theoretical analysis,combined with lite rature analysis to access a lar ge amount of information in order to better grasp the coll aborative office system in th e application,operation and maintenance,expansion and so on,at the same time the use of case analysis to software industry one of the top 100 com panies QM as a spec ific case,analysis of the company’s current application of the status of collaborative office system and the existing problems,put forward through the business an alysis,system planning,m obile office and other specific improvement initiatives,f inally,it analy zes the developm ent strategy of collaborative office system in QM com pany’s operation and m anagement,realize m odern enterprise to use cooperative office system to improve enterprise management level,finally,it will be more suitable for the m anagement of enterprises in our country to pro mote the management level and innovation of enterpri ses when they are building and using the cooperative office system.更多还原
