【摘要】 X汽车制造企业作为一家大型的汽车制造企业,其生存依赖于诸多因素,其中质量管理是一重要方面。文中以该企业生产过程中的质量管理问题为背景,研究并分析了生产过程中质量管理环节中存在的若干问题,并借鉴已有的质量管理经典模式提出相应的改进与解决对策。文中主要研究内容有以下几点:(1)对X汽车制造企业的质量系统进行具体分析,找出存在的问题及问题产生的原因。(2)通过对X汽车制造企业不同车间的制造工艺进行分析,结合企业的自身特点和质量管理的相关理论,针对X汽车制造企业提出了质量评价系统,并利用质量管理的相关评价指标进行质量改进过程中的跟踪监控。最后结合企业的实际应用案例来验证所提出方法的有效性和实用性。(3)对X汽车制造企业质量改进实施效果,从客户满意度提升、PPM值降低、成本减低三个方面进行考评。企业的质量管理是一个长期的、持续的过程,虽然在经过改进在一段时期的观测之后能够有些许的成效,但这是不够的,还需要在今后更长的一段时间内继续关注与完善。伴随着供应链全球化的发展趋势,以及信息技术和质量管理技术在生产过程中逐步深入的应用,在未来一段时间内,仍然有必要对传统的制造企业的管理模式进行进一步的探索和创新,不断优化评价指标体系,完善评价模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 X as a large automobile manufacturer,automobile manufacturing enterprises depend on many factors for their survival.Among them,quality management is an important aspect.Based on the quality management problems in the production process of the enterprise,this paper studies and analyzes some problems in the quality management during the production process,and proposes corresponding improvements and solutions based on the existing quality management models.The main contents of this paper are the following:(1)Analyze the quality system of X automobile manufacturing enterprises,find out the existing problems and the causes of the problems.(2)Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process of different workshops in X automobile manufacturing enterprises and the related theories of enterprise’s own characteristics and quality management,this paper puts forward the quality evaluation system for X automobile manufacturing enterprises and makes use of the related evaluation indexes of quality management Improve the process of tracking and monitoring.Finally,the practical application of the enterprise case to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and practicality.(3)The implementation of quality improvement of X automobile manufacturing enterprises from three aspects: customer satisfaction improvement,PPM value reduction and cost reduction.Enterprise quality management is a long-term,ongoing process that,although improved after some period of observation,can be somewhat effective,but it is not enough and needs to be continued for a longer period of time.With the development trend of globalization of supply chain and the application of information technology and quality management technology gradually in the production process,it is still necessary to further explore and innovate the management mode of traditional manufacturing enterprises in the coming period,constantly optimize the evaluation index system,improve the evaluation model.更多还原
