电控设备污秽检测管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着国家经济的高速发展,人民群众对电力的需求与日剧增,国家对电力产业的投入也逐年增大。而电力安全作为电力行业的重要方面,在电力产业发展过程中扮演着重要角色,作为电力安全之首的污秽检测也越来越受到人们的重视。优秀的检测手段可以防止污闪事故的发生,减少人民群众的财产损失。然而传统的检测方法检测时间长、效率低,不能满足实时性、有效性检测的需求,如何及时查看输电线路和设备的污秽情况、提前发现并预防污闪事故的发生,是当下人们迫切希望解决的问题。随着互联网的发展,“互联网+”的一些新技术、新思路正逐渐运用到了污秽检测的解决方案中来。用互联网的方式来进行污秽检测,将传统意义上的等值盐密法与机器自动化检测进行结合,不仅实现了电控设备污秽数目的准确检测,还极大的节约了检测成本,提高了检测效率。而且数据的自动化分析在本系统也得到了实现,各个设备的污秽信息在本系统下一目了然,进而为电网负责人员及时发现、预防污闪事故的发生提供了重要的保障。因此,电控设备污秽检测管理系统必将成为电力产业安全的中流砥柱。根据电控设备污秽检测的流程和管理机制,本文分析、设计并实现了一套电控设备污秽检测管理系统,本系统以需求分析为基础,用面向对象的设计方法并采用三层架构的思路将整个系统分为系统管理、基础数据台账、数据分析和预警预报等四大基本模块,针对每个功能模块,对其进行了详实的分析和总结,用Java实现了一个污秽检测管理系统,并对系统进行了测试和部署。系统管理模块主要是系统管理员查看登陆信息,分配角色和管理系统的日志信息。基础数据台账模块主要是数据采集人员将采集的数据进行上传,对机器自动化测试上传的有误数据进行修改,电网负责人员通过查询操作获取污秽设备的各项信息,并对其进行统计。数据分析模块主要是对整个污秽信息进行整合、统计,并能得出一定的趋势图。预警预报模块是本系统的重要组成部分,一旦某个电控设备的污秽浓度超过设定的最大值,系统就自动实现报警功能。经过部署和测试,本系统安全性强、性能稳定,能够很好的完成对污秽信息的采集和分析工作,极大的提高了电力部门检测线路和设备污秽值的准确率和工作效率,有利于整个电网系统安全、有效的运行,从而保障了人民群众的根本利益。

【Abstract】 As the development of the national economy,the demand of electricity power resource is becoming more and more large for people,and so is the national investment year by year.Then electricity security,which is the important aspect of electricity industry,plays an important role in the development of the electricity power,and many people begin to focus on the pollution detection.As we know,a good detection method can prevent the happening of pollution flashover and protect people’s property.But almost all the traditional method can’t meet the demand of detection timely and effectively,so we can see more and more people start to pay close attention to detect the pollution of the electrical equipment,but there’s no progress as we see.As the development of the internet,many new technologies in “Internet plus” can be applied to the solution of the pollution detection problem.We can detect the pollution through the way combined the ESSD and automation test,which can not only detect the number of the pollution,but also save a lot of money on testing and increase the efficiency.we implement the system,which appears the pollution information clearly,and they can support the decision of manager to find the pollution flashover and prevent it.So the system must be important in the electricity security.Consider the procedure of pollution detection for electrical device and management scheme,we analyze and design a pollution detection management system to solve it.The system is based on project demand and we using object thinking to design every module,all the system is divided into five modules included system management,sensor and data collection,device management,data analysis and prediction of the pollution.In final,we implement the system using JAVA and deploy the system.The function of system management module is to display login information,assign roles and manage system log.The basic data ledger module is designed to sample information of administration and upload it to the system.It can correct the fault data that uploaded by automatic pollution detection device.The other function is to help administration operator inquiry all kinds of pollution data,and carry on the statistics.The functions of data analysis module is integrating pollution information,satisficing and drawing trend map.Warning forecasting module is an important part of the system,it is designed to alarm when pollution concentration exceed threshold automatically.After the system test,we can get the system have powerful security and good performance,It can achieve to sample the pollution information automatically and analyze function,and It greatly improves efficiency and accuracy of circuit device pollution detection,it is beneficial to safety of the whole grid system.
