电导增量MPPT并网逆变器的研究

【摘要】 太阳能作为一种巨量的可再生能源,是目前大量应用的化石能源的主要替代能源之一,是人类可利用的最直接的清洁能源之一,因此开发利用太阳能具有重大的战略意义。本文设计并研制了一种太阳能逆变器,具有结构简单、稳定性高、效率高的优点。传统的户用逆变电源通常在后级采用工频变压器来实现升压和电气隔离。这种逆变技术虽然性能可靠,但是仍然存在着许多不足之处:系统体积重量大,携带不便,功率密度低,成本高。本文采用高频逆变技术,前级采用BOOST电路升压,后级逆变环节采用半桥电路,从而实现了一种直流输入,标准市电输出的电导增量法MPPT并网逆变器。下面是本文所做的主要工作:1.简要介绍了目前国内外光伏发电的现状和发展前景,并对光伏并网发电系统的功能、分类和特点做了简单介绍。2.详细地分析了逆变电路的拓扑结构和工作原理,分析了在逆变器主电路中,各个元器件的作用以及其具体的选择方法和其参数的估算。3.设计研制了一种电导增量法MPPT并网逆变器,调试得到实验波形。4.研制的并网逆变器额定功率为5kVA,其允许电网电压范围(单相)为180V~260V,其允许电网频率范围为47 Hz~51.5Hz/57 Hz~61.5Hz,具有极性反接保护、短路保护、孤岛效应保护、过热保护、过载保护、接地保护等保护措施。

【Abstract】 Solar energy as a huge amount of renewable energy,is now a large number of application of one of the main alternative energy of fossil fuels,is one of the most direct clean energy of human use,therefore the development and utilization of solar energy is of great strategic significance.Was designed and developed in this paper,a kind of solar inverter,with the advantages of simple structure,high stability,high efficiency.The traditional household level inverter power supply is usually in the power frequency transformer is used to realize the booster and electrical isolation.Although this inverter technology reliable performance,but there are still many deficiencies: system volume weight,carry inconvenience,low power density,high cost.Level before using high frequency inverter technology,this paper adopts the BOOST circuit booster,after class link using a half bridge inverter circuit,so as to realize a dc input,the standard mains MPPT grid inverter output conductance increment method.The following is the main work done in this paper:1.Photovoltaic power at home and abroad are briefly introduced the present situation and development prospect,and the function,classification and characteristics of photovoltaic(pv)grid power system made a simple introduction.2.A detailed analysis of the inverter circuit topology structure and working principle,in the inverter main circuit are analyzed,the effect of all components and their specific choice method and its parameter estimation.3.Design a conductance increment method is developed MPPT grid inverter,debug waveform by experiment,and applied to other systems.4.Development of the grid inverter power rating to 5 kva,which allows the grid voltage range(single phase)for 180 v to 260 v,which allows the grid frequency range of 47 Hz ~ 51.5 Hz / 57 Hz ~ 61.5 Hz,have polarity reverse connect protection,short circuit protection,islanding protection,overheating protection,overload protection,earthing protection and other protection measures.
