基于网络相机的分布式机器视觉检测系统

【摘要】 产品质量需求是人们对产品的基本需求。产品外观质量作为产品质量的重要评价指标,关系着产品性能、价值以及人们对产品的评价,其检测环节受到企业越来越多的重视。随着检测速度和精度要求的不断提高,在线产品检测环节普遍采用机器视觉来代替人工检测。而在线视觉检测系统往往针对于具体的应用,对需求变动不具备良好的适应能力。因此,研究和构建可重构的在线视觉检测系统,对提升产品检测的自动化程度和适应性,具有十分重要的意义。本文在分析机器视觉技术国内外发展现状以及机器视觉系统框架的基础上,结合可重构技术和网络控制系统技术,设计了一种可重构的机器视觉网络控制系统模型,提出系统硬件的选型原则,设计出最小系统结构及其检测流程。在此基础上,通过对GigE协议栈的研究,分析了Gig E相机识别以及控制方式。然后通过对Gig E相机传输性能和传输延迟的分析,指出视觉系统中产品与图像的匹配方案。此外,提出一种工业相机的通用控制模型,完成基于该模型的相机实例开发。本文完成了可重构软件平台的设计,提出一种“检测+跟踪”式的在线检测系统模型。针对检测模块,建立了视觉检测分布式并行计算环境,实现并行计算任务发布以及程序之间的异步通信功能,并探讨了分布式视觉系统的负载均衡和容错机制。最后结合电容的外观检测应用,进行检测实验系统的搭建,对系统检测、跟踪模块功能进行实验验证,实验结果显示该系统能达到预期的设计目的,并且具有良好的重构能力,满足工业视觉检测应用的需求。

【Abstract】 Product quality demand is the basic demand for products.As an important indicator of product quality,product appearance quality is closely related to product performance,value and people’s judgment.More and more attention has been paid to its inspection.With the continuous improvement of inspection speed and accuracy requirements,machine vision is widely used in online product inspection instead of manual method.At present,machine vision inspection system is often used for specific application,which causes that the system doesn’t have good adaptability for demand shift.Therefore,it is of great significance to build an online reconfigurable machine vis ion inspection system to improve the automation and adaptability of product inspection.Based on the analysis of the developm ent of machine vis ion technology at home and abroad and the framework of machine vision system,this paper proposed a reconfigurable machine vis ion network control system model,presented the selection principle of system component,designed the minimum system structure and its inspection workflow.On the basis,the identif ication and parameter control methods of GigE camera are pointed out through the research into GigE protocol stack.By analyzing the transmission capability and transmission delay of GigE camera,the matching scheme between product and image is proposed.In addit ion,a general control model of industrial camera is proposed,and base on which the integrated development of a camera instance is completed.In this paper,a reconfigurable inspection system software platform is designed,and the model of product inspection system is proposed and divided into two parts: inspection module and tracking module.For the inspection module,this paper built a distributed parallel computing environment.And this paper completed the development of the publication of parallel computing tasks and the asynchronous network communication between different inspection processes.Also the load balancing and fault tolerance mechanism are discussed for distributed vision system.Finally,combined with the appearance inspection of capacitance,an experimental system was built to verify the function of inspection module and tracking module.The experimental results show that the system can achieve the desired design goals,and has good reconstruction ability which can meet the needs of industrial visual inspection applications.
