物料自动化输送系统实时故障预警关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着智能离散车间物料自动化输送系统朝着复杂化、自动化、柔性化、智能化等方向发展,传统的定期检修维护方式难以满足系统运行维护的需求,使得物料自动化输送系统运行维护向智能化发展成为必然趋势。本文旨在针对物料自动化输送系统运行维护过程中低效、高成本的问题以及故障实时预警、故障预警可视化的需求,研发物料自动化输送系统实时故障预警系统,通过物联网技术、复杂事件处理技术与虚拟现实技术相结合,实现系统实时故障预警及故障预警可视化,提升系统运行维护的智能化水平。首先,针对物料自动化输送系统实时故障预警的需求,建立了物料自动化输送系统的实时故障预警系统框架,设计了该系统的功能结构、信息集成框架和网络拓扑结构。然后针对系统框架中的两大关键技术,基于复杂事件处理的故障预警技术和故障预警可视化技术展开研究。在基于复杂事件处理的故障预警方面,通过对物料自动化输送系统功能结构的层次分解,提出了故障分层处理模型。在此基础上,提出了一种基于CEP的故障预警方法。在故障预警可视化方面,深入研究了3D可视化技术,提出了多层次、多粒度的三维可视化建模技术、虚拟场景构建技术以及模型优化技术,实现了故障预警可视化。最后,以智能离散车间物料自动化输送系统应用背景为例,对本文提出的创新技术和研究成果在实验系统进行了验证。同时,在电表智能化检定系统中进行了实际工程应用,进一步验证了本文所提的核心技术与方法的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 With the development of intelligent discrete workshop material automatic conveying system,it is more complex,automatic,flexible and intelligent.The traditional regular maintenance mode is difficult to meet the needs of system operation and maintenance,which makes the intelligence become the essential trend for the automatic material conveying system.The paper is aimed to R&D real-time fault warning system regarding automatic material conveying system in order to improve the low efficiency and high cost problems,satisfying the demand of real-time fault warning and visualization.Based on IoT(Internet of things)technology,combining with CEP(complex event processing)and VR(virtual reality),the system can implement real-time fault processing and fault visualization,improve the intelligent degree of system maintenance.Firstly,according to the demand analysis,establish the real-time fault warning architecture of automatic material conveying system containing function construction,information integration framework and network topology construction.Furthermore,do researches on two key technologies.One is real-time fault warning technology with CEP and the other is fault visualization technology based on 3D virtual reality platform.On the former one,the system fault mode is divided into several hierarchies and then build the fault hierarchy processing model,according to the analysis of automatic material conveying system function.On the basis,the paper proposes the real-time fault warning approach based on CEP.On the later one,the paper researches on the 3D visualization technologies,proposes the multi-level,multi-particle 3D modeling,virtual scene technology and model optimization technology,realizes the fault visualization.Finally,utilizing an intelligent automatic material conveying system as an instance,validate the innovative technologies and achievements presented in the paper.Meanwhile,the system applies in the automatic electricity meter verification system,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of key technologies.
