【摘要】 在经济全球化的大背景下,越来越多的企业开始关注管理思想的创新以及最新信息技术的采用,随之而来的是市场竞争方式的重大转变,即供应链与供应链之间的竞争很大程度上取代了原来的企业间的扩大销售规模、改善产品质量和降低生产成本等方式的竞争。企业为了适应这种新型的竞争模式,纷纷采用供应链集成的管理理念,通过提升企业竞争力,来达到改善企业绩效的目的。一个企业的供应链集成能力则成为其巩固竞争优势,达成良好绩效的有效武器。显然,在当前的时代与经济背景下,进行供应链集成能力与企业绩效的关系研究,对我国的制造企业实现绩效的提升与竞争优势的创造和保持,都非常具有现实意义。而企业的供应链集成能力在形成绩效的过程中又会受到该企业的外部和企业内部这两方面不同因素的影响。企业外部环境最为显著的特征就是环境不确定性,当企业外部环境不确定性增加时,企业更需要时刻关注企业所处行业的客户需求信息,加强与客户沟通和整合的能力来了解客户个性化的需求,并将这些信息快速整合进企业内部一系列的产品计划和生产安排来满足多样化、动态化的需求,从而达到绩效的提升。企业内部的战略导向决定了企业的活动规则和日常运营,是企业内部影响绩效的重要因素,高技术导向的企业在外部搜索时会更加注重通过联合供应商共同研发产品,同时十分关注行业技术变革动态,并通过企业的内部集成能力将组织资源、结构、技术重新整合来提升绩效;高市场导向的企业在外部搜索时会更加注重收集市场和顾客需求的信息,并快速将这些信息整合进企业的计划与生产过程中,通过满足顾客个性化需求赢得绩效。因此,环境不确定性和战略导向很可能会对企业的供应链集成能力与绩效之间的关系产生调节效应。本研究在文献综述的基础上,构建了供应链集成能力、环境不确定性、战略导向与企业绩效四个变量之间的研究模型,将我国的制造企业作为研究对象,运用结构方程模型分析、回归分析、相关性分析、描述性统计分析以及探索性因子分析的方法,对各研究变量之间的关系进行探讨。研究结果表明,供应链集成能力(供应商集成能力、内部集成能力与客户集成能力)与企业绩效之间存在正向影响;环境不确定性对企业的部分供应链集成能力(内部集成能力与客户集成能力)与企业绩效之间关系产生正向调节效应;不同的战略导向对企业不同的供应链集成能力与企业绩效之间关系产生正向调节效应。最后,基于实证分析结果,就我国制造企业如何保持竞争优势、改善企业绩效等问题提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the innovation of management theories,advancement of information technology and economic globalization,market competition modes of competitions between supply chains have instead of the previous competitions between sales expansion of enterprises,higher products quality and lower production costs.Under the competitive of supply chain,supply chain integration has become a new management conception for the promotion of competitive advantages and enterprises’ performance.And supply chain integration capabilities have become a powerful weapon for better performance and competitive advantages.Therefore,the research on the impact of supply chain integration on firm performance may have important realistic meaning for the improvement of competitive advantages and performance of manufacturing enterprises.And the process of the supply chain integration capabilities form the firm performance will be affected by different factors that external and internal of the enterprise.The most significant characteristics in the external environment is environment uncertainty,and the stronger the environment uncertainty is,for improving the firm performance,the more attention the enterprise will be payed to the personal demand information of customers and the communication with the customers,and integrate these information and the firm’s series of products plan and arrange production schedule.The enterprise strategic orientation,an important factor for firm performance,determines the activities of the enterprise rules and daily operation.The stronger the technology orientation is,for improving the firm performance,the more attention will be payed to product development with the suppliers and the technological revolution of this trade,and then reintegrate the resources,organization structure and technology through the internal integration capabilities;the stronger the marker orientation is,the more attention will be payed to collect information about market and customers,and integrate these information in the planning and production process,then meet the customers’ personalized demand to improve the firm performance.Therefore,the environment uncertainty and strategic orientation is possible to have an adjustment function between supply chain integration capabilities and firm performance.On the basis of research reviews,a research framework is presented which describes the relationship between supply chain integration capabilities,environment uncertainty,strategic orientation and firm performance.The research select supplychain integration capabilities of manufacture enterprises in China as its research object,and discusses the relationship between supply chain integration capabilities,environment uncertainty,strategic orientation and firm performance by means of Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA),descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation,SEM and linear regression analysis.The research conclusions show that,there are some positive impacts between supply chain integration capabilities(supplier integration capabilities,inner-enterprise integration capabilities,customer integration capabilities)and firm performance;the environment uncertainty has a positive adjustment function between inner-enterprise integration capabilities,customer integration capabilities and firm performance;the different strategic orientations have different positive adjustment function between supply chain integration capabilities and firm performance.Finally,based on the empirical conclusion,some suggestions are put forward on the improvement of supply chain integration capabilities and performance of manufacture enterprises in China.更多还原
