【摘要】 城市道路交叉口分为很多类型,其中平面交叉口是最为常见的一类。交叉口作为道路的重要组成元素,在城市空间中起到节点作用。交叉口建筑外部空间环境则成为行人感知节点的外部表现形式,其中建筑形态作为主要的构成元素对城市意象的形成具有重要的意义。交叉口建筑外部空间环境是城市意象的“锚固点”,行人经其能更多地认识城市、了解城市;交叉口建筑两侧的街道空间形态往往有所不同,对于交叉口建筑外部空间环境处理的好坏,关系到街道空间是否能够自然地转换,所以该处又是街道空间的“转换点”;此外,交叉口处由于位置比较特殊,交通便利,往往聚集大量的人流与车流,行人在此停留、交往,使其成为城市生活的“汇聚点”。然而在实际设计中,往往只考虑任务书中的要求,却对于很多与实际生活和需求相关的制约因素形成忽视。本文的目的在于结合实际需求总结出城市平面交叉口建筑外部空间环境的制约因素,并提出相应的优化策略及设计手法,希望对实际设计有所帮助。本文从课题背景出发,主要分为以下几个部分进行展开:第一部分,对与课题相关的概念进行界定,同时对国内外研究现状进行梳理。并依据时间顺序,对道路交叉口建筑外部空间环境的形成、演变及改革做出回顾,力图在历史的研究中找到一些交叉口建筑外部空间环境设计的规律;第二部分,以大量实际案例为依托,归纳了城市平面交叉口建筑外部空间环境的制约因素,主要包括:交叉口建筑平面转角空间的制约因素、交叉口建筑外立面的制约因素以及交叉口群体建筑空间组合的制约因素三个方面。这些因素既给设计带来挑战又是设计创新的契机;第三部分,通过对以上因素的分析,分别从交叉口建筑平面转角形式的整体性设计、交叉口建筑立面转角造型的独特性设计、交叉口建筑外部空间环境的指向性设计以及交叉口群体建筑空间组合的关联性设计这四个方面进行研究,总结出有关城市平面交叉口建筑外部空间环境的设计手法;第四部分,对以上内容进行概括,总结出城市平面交叉口建筑外部空间环境的三大性质,即标识性、指向性与整体性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intersections of urban road are divided into many types,and the plane intersection is the most common type.As an important element of the road,intersection play role in the urban space node.The external space environment of intersection ’s building become the external manifestation of sensing nodes,and the architectural form as the main elements of urban image formation is of great importance.They are "anchor point" of city image,people through them to understanding city,learn more about the city;The street on both sides of the intersection building space form tend to be different,to the stand or fall of the external space environment of construction that intersection,relates to whether the street space can naturally transformation,so they are the "breaking point" of street space;In addition,because of the intersection ’s position is special,the transportation is convenient,often gathered a large number of people and traffic,and the people to stay here or communication,and they are also "focal point" of city life.In actual design,however,often only consider the requirements of the specification,but for a lot of restricting factors associated with actual life and demand form.The purpose of this article is based on the actual demand is summarized on the restriction of city grade intersect ion architecture exterior space environment factors,and put forward the corresponding design methods and optimization strategy,hope to be helpful to the practical design.This article embarks from the project background,divided into the following severa l most focus on: the first part,the concept of the subject related definition,at the same time to review and summarize the research status at home and abroad were reviewed.According to time sequence,the road intersection building exterior space environment of the formation,evolution and reform to make a review,trying to find some intersection in history in the study of building external space environment design of the law;The second part,which is based on a large number of actual cases,sums up the factors of the construction’s external space environment of the urban plane intersection,mainly including: the factors of construction’s plane corner space of intersection,the factors of buildings’ stand outside of intersection and the factor of the group of architectural space combination of intersection.They both bring design challenges and design innovation opportunity;The third part,through the analysis of the above factors,respectively from the integrity design of the building plane Angle of intersection,the uniqueness design of construction’s Angle of modelling of intersection,the directivity design of construction’s external space environment of intersection and the correlation design of group building space combination of intersection;The fourth part,summarize the content of the above,summed up three properties of the construction’s external space environment of urban plane intersection: identification,directivity,and integrity.更多还原
