路面快速喷补试验台研究
Research on Test Bed for Pavement Rapid Spray Repairing

【摘要】 坑槽作为一种常见且多发的路面病害形式,严重影响了道路行驶的安全性和舒适性。本文的研究对象是一种路面快速喷补试验台,该试验台利用一种高质、高效、节能环保的新型路面坑槽修补方法——路面快速喷补技术实现沥青路面的快速维修。欧美国家经过多年研究开发出了多款喷射式修补机,为了填补我国在该方面的研究空白,有必要对此技术进行研究。本文通过与传统修补方法相比较,指出了路面快速喷补技术的优点及多种实用价值。根据其修补工艺以及技术原理,确定了该路面喷补试验台的主要结构及系统组成,并提出该试验台的功能要求,确定试验台总体方案并进行了关键元器件的选型计算以及控制系统的设计。最后分析了路面快速喷补试验台修补质量的影响因素,初步确定了试验台关键参数的调试方法和步骤,并以计算流体力学软件Fluent为工具,建立喷射系统的VOF模型进行气液两相流仿真,通过仿真不同关键参数的喷头内喷射效果,分析各关键参数对修补质量的影响规律,为后期试验台实际调试、作业提供了理论参考依据。研究结果表明:通过分析整机各系统结构组成及原理,为试验台的搭建选型提供了理论基础及参考依据;试验台的总体设计方案、各元器件的选型以及控制系统的设计能满足该试验台的功能要求;风速和沥青流量一定时,环槽型出口相对于圆孔和扇形出口,裹覆效果更好;对于环槽形状出口,当沥青流量一定时,风速越大裹覆效果越差,而风速一定时,沥青流量越大裹覆效果也越好。本文研究结果能促进国内路面快速喷补机的良好发展,提升路面快速修补技术的实际工程应用水平,同时也能为同类修补设备的设计以及应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 As a common and multiple form of pavement disease,pothole seriously affects the road driving safety and comfort.The research object of this paper is a kind of test bed for pavement rapid spray repairing,which utilizes a new high-quality,high-efficiency,energy-saving and environmental protection pavement patching method – pavement fast spray patching technology,to realize the quick maintenance of asphalt pavement.After years of research,America and European countries have already developed a variety of spray injection repair machines.In order to fill our research gaps in this area,it is necessary to study this technology.By compared with the traditional repair method,this paper points out the advantages and a variety of practical value of pavement rapid spray injection repairing technology.According to its repair process and technical principle,the main structure and system composition of the test bed are determined,and the functional requirements of the test bed are put forward.Afterwards,the overall program of the test bed was determined and the key components have been selected by calculating,the control system has been designed.Finally,the influencing factors of the repair quality of the test bed of pavement rapid spray repairing are analyzed,and the debugging methods and steps of the key parameters of the test bed are preliminarily determined.The VOF model of the injection system is established by using the fluid dynamics software Fluent as the tool.The simulation results show that the influence of the key parameters on the quality of the repair is analyzed by simulating the injection effect of the different key parameters in the nozzle,which provides the theoretical reference for the actual debugging and operation of the test bed in the future.The results show that the structural basis and the principle of the whole system are analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis and reference for the test bed build.The overall design of the test bed,the selection of the components and the design of the control system can meet the function of the test bed requirements;when the wind speed and asphalt flow rate are constant,the ring groove outlet can give a better coating effect comparing to the round hole and fan-shaped outlet;for the ring groove outlet,when the asphalt flow is constant,the greater the wind speed the worse the coating effect,and when the asphalt flow is constant,the greater the asphalt flow the better the coating effect.It is hoped that the research results in this paper will promote the good development of the domestic pavement rapid spray repairing machine,enhance the practical engineering application level of the pavement rapid repairing technology,and provide reference for the design and application of the similar repair equipment.
