枣庄市农业产业化龙头企业发展战略研究

【摘要】 近年来,枣庄市努力加快农业产业化进程,增强农业产业化龙头企业的作用,坚定不移地走现代农业化的发展道路,结合当地实际情况,制定相应的配套扶持政策,大力扶持农业产业化龙头企业发挥区域效应,提高了枣庄市的农业产业竞争力。这十几年来的发展成果表明,农业产业化的发展以及农业产业化龙头企业的崛起对于提升枣庄农业经济上行,推动农业结构调整,推进新农村建设等方面都发挥了不可替代的作用。但是枣庄市农业产业化的起步较晚,潜力大但后劲不足,同时还面临着一系列亟待解决的困难和问题。本文在界定了农业产业化企业的相关概念,分析了其特征和作用的基础上,通过对国家到区县的相关数据和文件资料进行统计和梳理,总结出枣庄市农业产业化龙头企业的基本情况和发展特点。目前枣庄市农业产业的发展趋势呈现出多元化规模化、区域化专业化和标准化品牌化的态势,但同时也面临诸多问题,主要表现在与现代农业结合不紧密,农村资金筹资困难,缺乏规模化、链条式发展,龙头企业的创新力不足。通过对山东润品源食品有限公司进行实地考察调研,本文运用SWOT分析法剖析了该公司的发展环境,全面系统地研究了该公司在农业产业化发展方面的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会和外部威胁。在此分析的基础上,本文从政府和企业两个层面为枣庄市农业产业化龙头企业的发展提出了战略建议,以期为相关部门和企业提供对农业产业化新的认识,为枣庄市农业产业化龙头企业的发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,according to the local actual situation,Zaozhuang has made great efforts to accelerate the process of agricultural industrialization,strengthen the effect which the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization make,unswervingly follow the path of development of modern agriculture,formulate corresponding policies,and vigorously support the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization to play a regional effect to improve the competitiveness of agriculture industry in Zaozhuang.The fruits of development for these years show that the development of agricultural industrialization and the rise of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization play an irreplaceable role in promoting the agricultural economy in Zaozhuang upstream,promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure and promoting the construction of the new countryside.However,the industrialization of agriculture in Zaozhuang started later than other cities,and the potential of Zaozhuang is not enough for it to face a series of difficulties and problems to be solved.Based on the definition of the related concept of agricultural industrialization enterprises and the analysis of the characteristics and effects that the enterprises make,and the analysis of relevant data and the documents found from the government,this paper summarizes the basic situation and development characteristics of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Zaozhuang.At present,the development trend of Zaozhuang agricultural industry shows the changes in many aspects,but it also faces many problems,such as less combination with modern agriculture,the difficulty of financing of rural funds,lacking of scale,lacking of chain development and lacking of innovation.Through analyzing the Shandong runpinyuan food Ltd,this paper uses SWOT analysis to discuss the development environment of the company and make a comprehensive and systematic study on the development of agricultural industrialization of the company from internal advantages and weaknesses,external opportunities and external threats.So based on this analysis,this article put forward strategic suggestions for the development of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Zaozhuang from the government and enterprise two levels in order to provide a new understanding of the agricultural industry for the relevant departments and enterprises and also provide a reference for the development of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Zaozhuang.更多还原
