【摘要】 近年来,我国旅游业发展迅猛,旅游消费不断上升,而旅游接待型小城镇建设也随之如火如荼进行,由此产生了包括自然环境破坏、历史文脉割裂、城镇空间单调、乏味及可识别性差等诸多问题,导致城镇特色逐渐淡化,甚至消失。旅游接待型小城镇是旅游景区的门户地区,其小城镇开发强度和风貌特色直接决定着自然环境与城镇建设的相互关系,并且直观反映了整个景区的品质与特色,加强旅游接待型小城镇的风貌特色构建对于城镇本身以及整个景区都具有积极的现实意义。本文旅游接待型小城镇的风貌特色建构研究,从旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色涉及的基本概念入手,解读了旅游接待型小城镇、小城镇风貌、城镇风貌特色建构等相关概念,分析了旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色建构的重要性和意义,在城镇风貌特色构建相关理论研究的基础上,从城镇主客体的角度出发,分析城镇风貌特色的构成要素与形成机制,确定旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色体系由客体层面的特质空间体系和主体层面的认知与行为引导体系构成。一方面,以城镇客体的物质要素为导向,从宏观城市规划、中观城市设计以及微观建筑风貌三个层面对旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色进行分析研究;另一方面,以城镇主体的认知与行为为导向,从城镇形象、功能植入、公共活动三个层面对旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色进行分析研究。在理论研究的基础上,以渡口镇规划实践为例进行说明。本文整体共分为四个部分:第一部分包含第一章,主要论述本文的研究背景、问题缘起、研究目的、研究意义、研究内容和研究方法,通过对国内外相关理论的分析和总结,进一步提出研究框架。第二部分包含第二章,主要论述旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色的相关理论研究,通过分析旅游接待型小城镇的特质属性和影响因素,进一步分析旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色的特征、重要性及当前存在的问题,并重点分析旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色的构成要素和形成机制,建构旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色的引导体系。第三部分包含第三章、第四章和第五章,是本文的核心论述章节,主要以渡口镇规划实践为例进行风貌特色建构,具体包括渡口镇风貌特色现状分析、规划引导和经验总结。第三章主要对渡口镇现状风貌特色进行分析,总结现状风貌特色的问题,了解当前渡口镇风貌特色的发展诉求。第四章在旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色体系的引导下,以城镇客体与主体为导向,进行风貌特色的规划引导。第五章是对渡口镇规划实践的反思与总结,通过渡口镇风貌特色建构研究,提出对渡口镇规划编制的意见,并总结渡口镇风貌特色建构研究的经验,以期对未来旅游接待型小城镇风貌特色研究有借鉴意义。第四部分包含第六章,是文章的结论部分,概括了本文的研究要点及不足之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,tourism consumption rising,and tourism reception town construction is also in full swing,resulting in including the destruction of the natural environment,the historical context,urban space monotonous,tedious and identifiable poor And many other problems,leading to urban characteristics gradually fade,or even disappear.Tourism small town is a tourist area of the portal area,its small town development intensity and style characteristics directly determine the natural environment and urban construction of the relationship between,and intuitively reflects the quality and characteristics of the whole area,to strengthen the tourism reception of small towns Style construction for the town itself as well as the whole area has a positive practical significance.This paper studies on the characteristics of small towns in tourist reception,analyzes the basic concepts related to the characteristics of small towns in tourist reception,analyzes the related concepts of the small town of tourism reception,the style of small town,the construction of urban style and so on,and analyzes characteristics and significance of the construction of the style features,on the basis of the theoretical research on the construction of the urban style characteristics,from the perspective of the urban subject and object,the paper analyzes the constituent elements and forming mechanism of the urban style characteristics and determines the characteristics of the small town Object-level characteristics of the spatial system and the main level of cognitive and behavioral guidance system.On the one hand,taking the material elements of urban objects as the guide,from the macro city planning,the concept of urban design and micro architectural style of the three levels of tourism reception of small town characteristics of the characteristics of the study;the other hand,And the behavior-oriented,from the urban image,functional implantation,public activities of the three levels of tourism reception of small town characteristics of the characteristics of the study.On the basis of the theoretical research,the planning practice of Dukou town is described as an example.This article is divided into four parts:The first part contains the first chapter,mainly discusses the research background,the origin of the problem,the purpose of the study,the research significance,the research content and the research method.Through the analysis and summarization of the relevant theories at home and abroad,the research framework is put forward further.The second part contains the second chapter,mainly discusses the relevant research on the characteristics of the small town of tourist reception,analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of the small town of tourist reception,and further analyzes the characteristics and importance of the characteristics of the tourism town style And the existing problems,and focus on the tourism reception of small town features and the formation of the characteristics of the mechanism,the construction of tourism-style small town characteristics of the guiding system.The third part contains the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,is the core part of this article,mainly in the town of planning practice as an example to carry out the characteristics of the construction,including the characteristics of the Dukou town characteristics analysis,planning guidance and experience.The third chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of the present situation of the Dukou town,summarizes the problems of the present situation and the characteristics of the development of the current Dukou town.In the fourth chapter,under the guidance of the characteristic system of the small town and the town,the urban object and the subject are guided,and the planning and guidance of the style is carried out.The fifth chapter is the reflection and summary of the planning practice of the Dukou town.Through the research on the construction of the Dukou town,the author puts forward the opinions on the planning and development of the Dukou town,and summarizes the experience of the Dukou town style construction research,with a view to the future tourism reception small town Characteristics of the study of style features.The fourth part contains the sixth chapter,which is the conclusion of the article,summarizes the research points and shortcomings of this paper.更多还原
