集控水电站群运行维护信息系统设计与应用

【摘要】 随着信息技术和多媒体技术的发展与应用,人们工作和学习的方式发生了巨大的改变,在线工作、在线学习等网络化方式应运而生,智能终端的出现,促使线上活动更为方便。为适应这种转变,企业开始结合自身需求,开发属于自己企业的信息系统。水电站的运行维护(简称“运维”)安全性向来是国家与社会的关注焦点。目前国内大多数水电站已经开发出监控水电站运行的系统,对水电站的运行维护有预警作用,却无法保障现场作业的全程可跟踪与专家辅助,如何采取有效措施辅助运维人员的工作,是整个电力行业需要探索的新问题。本文通过对某集控水电站群的实地调研,结合系统设计和云服务相关理论知识,重点以运维人员的工作和学习培训方式为研究对象,展开深入研究,设计一套集控水电站群运行维护信息系统,主要的研究工作如下:首先,针对某水电站群运行维护工作的现状,根据调研和访谈,对系统功能、业务流程及数据库进行需求分析,为设计运维信息系统提供依据。其次,根据需求分析构建运行维护信息系统基本模式,按照分层逻辑结构提出运行维护信息系统的总体框架。根据功能需求和业务流程,划分出子系统和功能模块,对资源添加、远程协作、学习推荐、提案改善、资源搜索、信息管理6个子系统及其下的16个主要功能模块进行详细设计。配合功能的设计对系统的数据库进行抽象性描述,设计概念模型和二维关系数据库。然后,建立基于内容的标签个性化服务推荐模型,针对处理文档类文件的TFIDF(关键词权重)方法,提出处理分文档类文件的“专家服务化方法”;运用余弦相似性算法,实现资源匹配,满足运维人员现场工作和学习培训的个性化服务推荐需求。再者,根据运维信息系统的设计及某集控水电站群基本情况,利用计算机技术对系统主要功能进行原型开发,主要针对台式机端和移动终端前端页面开发,验证提出的推荐算法与专家服务化方法。系统实现为集控水电站群运维作业方式提供了作业全跟踪和远程协助的新思路,有一定的探索意义。最后对本文的工作进行总结,并对下一步研究工作进行初步规划。
【Abstract】 With the development and application of information technology and multimedia technology,the way in which people work and study has undergone tremendous changes.Online work,online learning and other network approach came into being and the emergence of intelligent terminals made online activities more convenient.In order to adapt to this change,combined with their own needs,enterprises began to develop their own information system.Operation and maintenance work of hydropower stations(referred to as "operation and maintenance")security has always been the focus of national and social concern.At present,most hydropower stations in China have developed a system to monitor the operation of hydropower stations,which has an early warning effect on the operation and maintenance work of hydropower stations,but can not guarantee the full range tracking of field operations and the expert assistance.How to take effective measures to assist the personal operation and maintenance work,has been a new problem that the entire power industry needs to explore.Through the field investigation of one centralized control hydropower stations,combined with the theoretical knowledge of system design and cloud service,this paper aims to design a Operation and Maintenance Information System of Centralized Control of Hydropower Stations,focusing on the way of work and learning training of the operation and maintenance personnel,which is regarded as the research object,The following is the main research.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the operation and maintenance work of some hydropower stations,and analyzes the system function,business process and database according to the research and interview.This provides the basis for the design of operation and maintenance information system.Secondly,this paper constructs the basic model of the operation and maintenance information system according to the demand analysis,and puts forward the overall framework of the operation and maintenance information system according to the hierarchical logic structure.According to the functional requirements and business process,the system are divided into six subsystems and the 16 main function modules under the six subsystems,such as resource addition,remote collaboration,learning recommendation,proposal improvement,resource search and information management.With the design of the function,design concept model and two-dimensional relational database table of the database of the system.Then,this paper builds the content-based personalized service recommendation model of the label.In this paper,we propose a method that named "Expert Service" for dealing with non-document file compared with TF-IDF(keyword weight)method for document file.The paper uses cosine similarity algorithm to realize resource matching to meet the personalized service recommended demand of work and study training.In addition,according to the design of operation and maintenance information system and the basic situation of the centralized control hydropower stations,the main function of the system is developed by computer technology.The main development is the front-end development for the desktop side and the mobile terminal front.The implementation of the system can validates the proposed recommendation algorithm and the expert service method.The realization of the system provides a new idea,the full range tracking of field operations and the expert assistance,for the operation and maintenance work of centralized control of hydropower stations,and has a certain exploration significance.Finally,the achievement of this paper is summarized,and the preliminary research work is proposed.
