【摘要】 近年来,随着手机功能的不断演进,手机媒体作为继网络媒体之后的第五媒体,日益成为人们关注的焦点。手机成为人的自身器官的延伸,渗透到人的日常生活中。人们越来越离不开手机。手机不再是一种可有可无的附属品,而是渐渐变为人与世界不可缺少的中介工具。随着手机功能的蓬勃发展,手机改变了人的思维方式、人际交往方式、价值观和伦理观,使得人们越来越依赖手机。手机功能带来的便利,它的移动性、即时性以及海量的信息,让人们在手机的网络世界里流连忘返。随着社会的发展,手机的功能设计变得日益复杂,越来越多的功能和软件使人们目不暇接,不断吸引人们在手机的世界里徜徉,促逼人们不断向手机提出更多的要求,而人们自主选择的能力同时也越来越受到限制。手机的完美使得它延伸了人的视觉和听觉功能。当人们用上这些延长的器官之后的确如虎添翼。然而,这些身体之外的延长器官同时也带来诸多麻烦。手机作为一种智力技术所带来的种种影响,与人之为人的本性之间的冲突更加广泛与深刻,并对人们内心的安宁构成强大的冲击。人们往往忽视手机作为生活背景对我们自身产生的负面影响,时常面临着工具理性盛行、价值理性被忽视的困境。手机技术不再是简单的手段,而是变成一种生活方式。手机作为带着体温的媒介工具,如影随形,可是缺乏合理的约束。手机移动性强、功能广泛、实时更新等特性对人们有很大的诱惑力,但是我们也需要有足够的时间和耐心脱离对手机的过度依赖,寻求内心的安宁。今天的问题在于我们正在逐渐失去在这两种不同状态下保持平衡的能力,与手机保持距离去理性思考它,真正清楚人与手机之间的关系。因此,既要避免手机依赖者的非理性行为,又要避免手机恐惧者过度悲观的技术怀疑精神。手机使用者应当以理性的状态介入手机网络,尊重他人隐私。手机功能设计者的伦理教育必须从学校抓起,从根本制度入手,“自律”与“他律”相结合,将相应的法律法规融入手机技术的评估之中。我们需要在社会的现实背景下,以技术哲学的视角分析和研究手机的功能演化,进而进行技术哲学反思,使手机真正成为有利于人的工具,而不是变成束缚人或误导人的器物。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous evolution of mobile phones,mobile media as the fifth media after the network media,has increasingly become the focus of attention.Cell phone has become an extension of human organs,intertwined in our daily lives.More and more people can not do without the phone.The mobile phone is no longer a dispensable accessory,but an indispensable intermediary tool for people and the world.Especially with the rapid development of mobile phone,it has changed o way of thinking,interpersonal communication,values and ethics,making people more and more dependent on mobile phones.The convenience of mobile phone features,its mobility,real-time,and a large amount of information so that people wander in the mobile phone network world.With the development of society,the function of the mobile phone design becomes more complex,more and more functions and software make people dizzying.Mobile phones continue to attract people to walk in the world of mobile phones,to urge people to make more demands on the phone.People’s ability to choose independently is also limited.The perfection of the mobile phone extends its visual and auditory functions.When all the people on the auxiliary organ,he did almost all the mobile phone a tiger with wings added,extending the human sensory system,even more perfect.However,these extended organs outside the body also cause a lot of trouble.As a kind of intelligence technology,the conflict between human being and the nature of human being is more extensive and profound,and it has a strong impact on people’s inner peace.People often ignore the negative impact of mobile phones as a background of life,and often face the dilemma of the prevalence of instrumental rationality and the neglect of value rationality.Cell phone technology is no longer a simple means,but a way of life.Mobile phones,as a media tool with body temperature,go hand in hand,but they lack reasonable restrictions.Mobile phones have many advantages,such as mobility,wide function,real-time updating and so on,which have great attraction to people.But we also need to have enough time and patience to get away from the phone’s dependence,seeking peace of mind.The problem today is that we are losing our ability to balance in these two different states,to distance ourselves from mobile phones,to think rationally about it,and to really understandthe relationship between people and mobile phones.Therefore,it is necessary to avoid irrational behavior of mobile phone addicts,but also to avoid mobile phone pessimists too pessimistic technical skepticism.Mobile phone users should be involved in the mobile phone network in a rational manner,respect for other people’s privacy.The ethical education of mobile phone function designers must start from the root of the school,start with the basic system,combine "self-discipline" and "heteronomy",integrate the relevant laws and regulations into the technical evaluation.We need to analyze and study the functional evolution of mobile phones from the perspective of technical philosophy in the realistic context of society,and then to rethink the philosophy of Technology.We should make the mobile phone a real tool for people,not something that will bind or mislead people.更多还原
