【摘要】 随着社会信息化程度的提高,人们逐渐对软件的形成了强烈的依赖性,开始关心软件的安全问题。保障软件安全的重要途径之一是对软件开发过程进行安全管控,安全系统开发(Secure System Development,SSD)基于安全要素控制的思想,对软件开发过程进行了规范化定义,旨在从根源上减少漏洞数量。然而,安全系统开发方法在业内的应用并不理想,企业对该创新方法的消化吸收程度比较低,创新的价值没有体现出来。针对以上问题,本文以SSD创新消化为研究对象,从个人微观决策的角度对创新在组织内的消化吸收过程进行深入分析。首先,结合相关理论基础和SSD创新的特点,从外在动机、内在动机两个方面对SSD创新消化影响因素进行识别,建立SSD创新消化影响机制模型,采用问卷调查法收集数据,根据数据分析的结果检验所提出的假设,并对模型进行解释,定性分析心理因素对创新消化的影响;其次,改进原有的创新采纳微观决策模型,以心理效用衡量用户对于创新的期望,构建基于心理效用的创新采纳微观决策模型;最后,应用新模型定量分析用户采纳SSD创新的微观决策过程,根据分析结果计算创新消化各阶段的采纳比例,验证模型的适用性和准确性。研究结果解释了用户在SSD创新消化中的微观决策行为。从定性的角度来看,内在动机、外在动机和SSD创新消化之间具有复杂的作用关系网络:工作特征、报酬奖励、竞争能够激发员工的内在动机,员工的自我实现需要、胜任感、好奇心、成功欲望、信念能够促进SSD创新消化,内在动机在外在动机对SSD创新消化的影响中具有中介作用;从定量的角度来看,心理效用决定了用户面对SSD创新时的决策,是衡量用户是否采纳创新的一种标准,实证结果表明了基于心理效用的创新采纳决策模型能够较好地解释用户对SSD创新消化的决策行为。本文从心理学角度出发,对SSD创新在组织内的消化吸收过程进行了定性和定量的分析,为创新采纳与使用相关研究提供了一种新的方法,使相关领域内的研究成果更加丰硕。研究结果对于SSD创新在企业的成功应用有重要的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of social informatization degree,people gradually formed the strong dependence on software,also began to care about security problems of software.An important way to ensure the security of software is controlling software development process with secure methods,Secure System Development method provides a normative definition of development process based on the thought of secure development,in order to decrease the number of software bugs from the origin.However,within the enterprises,the application of Secure System Development method is unsatisfactory,the degree of assimilation and absorption of this innovation is relatively low,the value of innovation has not been fully reflected.Aimed at above problems,this paper regarded Secure System Development innovation assimilation as the research object,analyzed the process of Secure System Development innovation assimilation and absorption within organizations from the angle of individual micro decision-making.First of all,combining with related theoretical basis and the characteristics of SSD innovation,identified the influence factors from the aspects of extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation,established the influence mechanism model of SSD innovation assimilation.Used questionnaire survey method to collect data,according to the results of data analysis,verified this hypothesis and explained the research model,analyzed the influence of psychological factors on SSD innovation assimilation qualitatively.Secondly,improved the original innovation adoption micro decision-making model,measured the user’s expectations for innovation with their psychological utility,established the innovation adoption micro decision-making model based on psychological utility;Finally,applied the new model to analyze user’s micro decision-making process of Secure System Development adoption,calculated the proportion of adopter at each stage according to the analysis results,proved the applicability and accuracy of the model.The study results explained the process of user’s micro decision-making during the assimilation of SSD innovation.Qualitatively,there is a complex relationship network among intrinsic motivation,extrinsic motivation and SSD innovation assimilation: employees’ extrinsic motivation,such as job characteristics and reward,can stimulate the intrinsic motivation of employees,employees’ intrinsic motivation,such as self-actualization needs,curiosity can promote SSD innovation assimilation,intrinsic motivation has intermediary effect between the extrinsic motivation and SSD innovation assimilation;Quantitatively,user’s psychological utility determines their decision-making when faced with SSD innovation,it’s a standard to measure a user whether to adopt the innovation,the empirical results showed that the innovation adoption micro decision-making based on psychological utility model can explain the user’s decision-making process of SSD innovation assimilation.From the perspective of psychology,this paper carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis of SSD innovation assimilation,provided a new method for the research of innovation assimilation,enriched the achievements in related research field.The research results has important practical significance for the successful application of SSD innovation in the enterprises.更多还原
