【摘要】 党的十八大报告提出了社会主义核心价值观,而友善作为社会主义核心价值观在个人层面的要求,是国家和社会层面价值观要求实现的基础。在个人层面的爱国、敬业、诚信、友善四项价值观中,友善又处于最基础的地位,是促进大学生成长成才以及其他优秀品质养成的重要前提。因此,加强大学生友善价值观培育对树立社会主义核心价值观以及实现大学生成长成才具有重要意义。本文将深入研究我国大学生友善价值观培育问题,并将从如下四个部分展开论述:第一部分是绪论,通过对社会主义核心价值观的提出以及当前我国经济社会中存在问题分析的分析,引出了本文写作的缘由;并分析说明了大学生友善价值观培育研究的理论和实践意义;最后还介绍了本文所运用的研究方法。第二部分是大学生友善价值观的含义及意义,广泛运用我国传统文化中关于友善的文献来阐释大学生友善价值观的内含和特点,并从大学生个人、人际交往和公民意识三个层面论述了树立和培育这一重要价值观念的意义。第三部分是我国大学生友善价值观培育中存在的问题及原因分析,从大学生友善观念和行为欠缺、高校友善价值观培育内容缺乏、高校友善价值观培育途径和方式单一、高校友善价值观培育机制不健全四个层面分析了我国大学生友善价值观培育中存在的问题;从不良社会环境的影响、高校德育工作不完善、家庭教育的缺失、个人因素的影响四个层面分析了大学生友善价值观培育中存在问题的原因。第四部分提出了我国培育大学生友善价值观的有效对策,从国家社会、学校、家庭、大学生自身四个层面提出了培育我国大学生友善价值观的对策,并展开了详细论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The socialist core values are put forward on the eighteenth big report of the party.Friendly values is the individual level of socialist core values.It is the basis of the state and society level.Friendly values is the basis of the four individual levels.Friendly values can promote student’s growth and cultivate other good qualities.So reinforcing the friendly values cultivation of college students is important to establish the socialist core values and realize college students’ growing up.This text will make a research on the friendly values cultivation of college students.There are four main sections in this article.The first part is introduction.It tells the reason of this text.It illustrates the significance of the friendly values cultivation of college students in our country in detail from two aspects: theory and reality.Then it introduces the using methods in our study.The second part illuminates the theory and meaning of the friendly values of college students.This text through a lot of reading illuminates the theory of the friendly values of college students.Then it illuminates the meaning of the friendly values cultivation of college students.The third part describes the current difficulty of the friendly values cultivation of college students.and analyses the cause.It points out that there are many difficulties in cultivating the friendly values of college students.Such as the lack of college students’ friendly concept and behavior,the lack of the content of friendly values cultivation of colleges and universities,colleges and universities cultivating ways and methods is single of the friendly values of colleges and universities,the lack of mechanism of the friendly values cultivation of college students.The reasons are the influence of bad social environment,the moral education work in colleges and universities is not perfect,the lack of family education,the influence of personal factors.The forth part put forward the countermeasures for promoting the friendly values cultivation of college students.It points out that we should improve it from the following four aspects.They are national society,schools,families,students themselves.更多还原
