某离散型制造车间的布置规划与设计

【摘要】 随着近年来世界经济的持续低迷,制造业面临着供给侧改革和制造模式转型升级的复杂环境。制造业需求萎缩、国内产能相对过剩的内外压力下,恰逢“工业4.0”、“中国制造2025”等新理念、新战略接连提出,使得离散型制造业急需寻找新的解决方案。通过新建设施调整企业产品结构是企业适应市场需求的选择之一,而建设方案和规模直接影响着投资回报。一方面,离散制造本身多品种、小批量、工艺路线复杂等生产特点,给新建设施的规划与设计带来了极大的复杂性和不确定性,想要在规划阶段就较为准确地构建出符合生产实际的方案十分困难;另一方面,随着信息技术和自动化技术的快速发展和融合渐深,数字化车间、智能工厂等未来模式逐步清晰、触手可及,生产线上发生的浪费和等待也将清晰可见,设施的规划结果与生产实际的相似程度更为重要。因此,本文尝试以某离散型制造车间为研究对象,在已有的规划方法基础上,借助系统布置设计(SLP)方法通过对车间物流强度的分析对车间布置进行规划和优化;并利用Plant Simulation仿真软件,建立和优化满足年生产纲领的生产系统模型,并试图使车间达到在制品库存较低和较均衡的生产过程。通过数学方法和仿真软件的结合,也尝试了新的离散型车间的布置规划和设计方法。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the world economy continues to slump.Manufacturing industry is facing the complex environment of supply side reform and upgrading of manufacturing mode.By facing demand atrophy and the relative surplus of production capacity,discrete manufacturing industry has to find out new solutions,when "Industrial 4.0",“Made in China 2025 "and other new concepts and new strategy have been brought up.Adjusting the product structure by building new facilities is one of the choices for the enterprise to adapt to meet the market demand,but the construction scheme and the scale of investment affect the return directly.Firstly,discrete manufacturing is characterized by more varieties,less batch and more complex.So it is very difficult to plan a layout,which has been expected as same as in actual.Secondly,with the rapid development of information technology and automation technology,the future mode of digital workshop and Intelligent plant is gradually clear and at your fingertips.The waste and waiting on the production line will also be visible because of the data collection.Layout planning advanced is becoming more and more important.Therefore,this paper attempts to have a research on a discrete manufacturing workshop.Based on the traditional planning method,it plans and optimizes the layout of workshop by Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)through the analysis of intensity of logistics.And the simulation by the use of Plant Simulation software constructs and optimizes a model to meet production program.Statistics and analysis of the simulation obtained better equipment configuration and needed auxiliary areas.Through the combination of mathematical method and simulation software,the layout planning and design methods for the new discrete workshop have also been tried.
