土石坝3D建造技术调度系统开发与研究

【摘要】 土石坝是历史最为悠久的一种坝型,土石坝主体工程建造基本作业主要包括坝料开采、坝料运输以及坝料碾压三个部分,在目前的施工条件下,施工仍以二维平面图为基础,从在二维平面图中获取施工信息,到现场施工的实现,及其调度管理等,对人的依赖性比较大,而且施工都基于二维平面图纸,这样的施工容易出现误差大、效率低、施工混乱、易发安全事故等问题。基于对土石坝施工现状不足之处的分析,为了提出一种快速、高效的土石坝建造方法,本文介绍了一种土石坝3D建造技术,将3D打印技术原理运用到水利工程建设中。该技术由土石坝3D建造技术调度系统和3D建造流水线作业系统组成。基于土石坝三维数字模型,土石坝3D建造技术调度系统根据土石坝施工组织设计进度对土石坝三维数字模型进行分层切片处理,获取单层施工填筑料信息,并在三维数字模型上形成对应的规划碾压路径,且获取轨迹路线坐标,并存入土石坝3D建造技术调度系统数据库里,以便共享。3D建造流水线系统包括坝料按需开采、坝料精准配送、无人驾驶碾压成形,各个施工单位从数据库里获取单层施工信息进行高效的流水线作业,按要求完成施工,并通过无线通讯技术向土石坝3D建造技术调度系统实时发送实际施工信息,存入数据库,完成单层的施工,逐层填筑,层层循环,最终完成土石坝的施工。为了实现土石坝3D建造技术的实施,关键技术之一是土石坝3D建造技术调度系统的建立,而土石坝3D建造技术调度系统需要建立在一个数据库的基础上,所以本文引用BIM的技术理念,对土石坝施工信息模型结构化,旨在建立一个土石坝信息模型,然后在集成软件环境Wampserver平台下,用Mysql建立数据库,PHP语言设计动态网页,建立了一套基于Mysql+PHP的动态网页数据库管理系统,在这基础上实现了土石坝3D建造技术的调度。项目相关用户可以通过浏览器登录进入系统,在Web页面上对调度系统的数据库信息进行共享。具体实现查询、修改、更新、添加等功能,从数据库里提取施工所需信息,按照信息要求完成施工,完成流水线作业。在施工过程中,用户通过无线通讯技术向数据库里实时填充施工信息,共同建立一个可共享的、关系填筑施工全施工周期的数据库。土石坝3D建造技术调度系统基于此数据库的共享功能实现了对土石坝3D建造的调度。
【Abstract】 Earth-rockfill dam is one of the oldest dam types,the basic operation of earthrockfill dam body’s construction includes three parts as follows: dam material mining,transportation,and roller compaction.In the current construction condition,the construction is still based on the 2D floor plan.From the map reading to the site construction,the construction information was obtained almost artificially,it is the same to the management.So,it’s easier to lead to some bigger error,lower efficiency,slower construction,also it’s easier to have a security issue.So,in order to put forward a rapid and efficient way of Earth-rockfill dam construction,this paper introduces a way of construction that Earth-rockfill dam 3D construction technology,applying the principle of 3D printing technology to the construction of projects.Earth-rockfill dam 3D construction technology is made up of3 D construction technology scheduling system and 3D assembly line work system.Based on Earth-rockfill dam 3D digital model,the scheduling system cuts the model to slices,obtain the filling material information,and the planned rolling path on working face model.In according to the requirements of construction progress,construction organization obtains the information of construction with the system and finish one’s task.So,The construction organization mining dam materials on-demanded,exchanging dam material with precision,rolling intelligently,finished single embankment construction efficiently,and also sending real-time information of construction to the scheduling system through the wireless network.In turn,filling layer upon layer circulation,filling a complete Earth-rockfill dam step by step.In order to realize the Earth-rockfill dam 3D construction technology,the scheduling system is one of the key technology,and it is based on a database,so this paper referenced to the BIM technology concept,and established an Earth-rockfill dam3 D construction technology scheduling system,This paper establishes a Mysql+PHP based scheduling system using Mysql database and PHP dynamic web page designning.A database was established by applying the combination of PHP+Mysql support dynamic web server in Wampserver integration environment.the users can log into the system,and share the scheduling system database information via a browser on the Web page.The users can query,modify,update,add,and other functions on thedatabase.required extracted information from the database construction,and according to the information have required to complete the construction and the assembly line work.In the process of construction,the users filling information of construction in the database through the wireless communication technology timely,together to create a shared database,which cover whole the construction period.Based on the implementation of the database data sharing function,Earth-rockfill dam 3D construction technology scheduling system can realize the Scheduling functions.
