单直管科氏流量计的设计与实现

【摘要】 科氏流量计被广泛地应用于石油、化工、冶金等工业生产过程中,能够准确地测量单相流体的流量。近年来,科氏流量计逐渐向气液两相流计量方向发展,该方面的研究还处于实验阶段,测量结果尚不满足工业现场技术的要求。科氏流量计有多种管型,其中单直管科氏流量计对流体的流动状态影响较小,因此,本课题通过对单直管科氏流量计的结构和模型进行分析,设计出一台单直管科氏流量计,实现单相流测量的功能,并且通过该单直管科氏流量计对两相流振动特性进行实验,分析总结了两相流的振动特性,为科氏流量计应用于气液两相流测量奠定基础。以单直管科氏流量计的设计开发为中心,本课题开展了以下工作:1.了解国内外科氏流量计测量的发展现状,以及其在单相流测量和气液两相流测量方面的研究与应用。2.将单直管科氏流量计简化为欧拉伯努利梁模型,分析计算其受力情况、共振频率及传感器的安装位置。3.设计开发单直管科氏流量计的硬件系统包括机械结构和驱动系统两部分,并完成实验台的安装和电路的连接。4.设计科氏流量计在线测量程序和离线信号处理方法,包括启振方法、幅值控制、滤波、频率、幅值、相位差的测量等,将各种方法处理结果进行比较。5.进行单相流和两相流实验,并对实验结果进行分析,总结单相流和两相流情况下振动管的振动特性。
【Abstract】 Coriolis flowmeter is widely used in the single-phase flow measurement in the production of petroleum,chemical,metallurgical and other industrial fields.In recent years,Coriolis flowmeter was used in the gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement,but the measurement results of the flowmeter are still not satisfied to meet the requirements of industry,the flowmeter could only be used in the experimental environment.There are many shapes of Coriolis flowmeter tube,including the single straight tube,which makes less effect on the fluid state.In this thesis,the structure and model of single straight tube Coriolis flowmeter were analyzed,and a single straight tube Coriolis flowmeter was designed and developed.The single-phase flow with air or water was measured correctly,and the vibration characteristics of two-phase flow were summarized through the two-phase flow experiment,which lay the foundation for the Coriolis flowmeter applied in the two-phase flow measurement.Around the development of the single straight tube Coriolis flowmeter,the following work has been carried out.An overview of Coriolis flowmeter was introduced firstly,which included the domestic and international development status,research and application of Coriolis flowmeter used in single-phase flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement.And then the single straight tube was simplified as the Euler Bernoulli beam model,which was used for force analysis,calculating both the resonance frequency and the installation position of the sensors.Thirdly,the hardware including mechanical structure and circuit of Coriolis flowmeter was designed and developed.The connection of hardware was finished.After that,the online measurement software and offline signal processing method of Coriolis flowmeter were designed,which include vibration-start method,amplitude control,filtering and calculation method of frequency,amplitude,and phase difference.In addition,the results of the processing with different methods were compared and analyzed.Finally,the single-phase flow experiment and two-phase flow experiments were carried out,and the characteristics of single-phase and two-phase flow were analyzed through the analysis of the experiment results.
