肾性骨病骨再造阈值变化的数值分析

【摘要】 肾脏是骨代谢的重要调节器官,肾功能损伤导致的骨代谢障碍为肾性骨病。肾性骨病(Renal bone disease,RBD)是由慢性肾功能衰竭而导致钙磷代谢紊乱的一种代谢性骨病。目前为止,关于肾性骨病骨代谢生化指标与骨骼力学特性之间定量关系的研究较少。本文的目的是建立肾性骨病骨代谢生化指标与骨小梁力学特性之间的定量关系。为建立肾性骨病骨代谢生化指标与骨骼力学特性之间的定量关系,在大量的文献中总结了肾性骨病的8个特异性生化指标,并提取生化指标影响骨代谢的定量实验数据,之后将缺失的数据进行了处理,使得数据得以完整,便于下一步的分析。基于得到的数据以及Weinans骨再造理论方程理论,计算得到了不同状态下的影响大鼠骨密度的骨再造阈值。通过主成份分析法,消除了8个变量之间存在的共线性关系,将得到的数据进行线性回归分析,得到了骨再造阈值关于肾性骨病特异性生化指标的回归关系式。利用软件编写相应的程序,依据不同状态下骨再造阈值得出的骨密度变化情况,经与相应文献中骨密度实际变化情况相比对,二者变化趋势较为一致;该结果验证了骨再造阈值的合理性。本文主要研究了肾性骨病特异性生化指标与骨小梁力学特性之间的定量关系,建立了骨再造阈值关于肾性骨病的8项生化指标的多元线性回归关系式。通过数值分析与实验对比的方法,验证了其合理性,该结论在得知肾性骨病生化指标数值的情况下,可以推断出肾性骨病骨密度的变化趋势。
【Abstract】 Kidney is one of the important regulating organs,bone metabolic disorder caused by renal damage named renal bone disease.Renal bone disease(RBD)is a metabolic bone disease caused by chronic renal failure and the calcium phosphorus metabolism disorder.So far,there are few research on quantitative relationship between renal bone disease of bone metabolic biochemical index and bone quantitative bone mechanical properties.The purpose of this article is to build the quantitative relationship between renal bone disease of bone metabolic biochemical index and trabecular bone.For the purpose of building a quantitative relation between Renal bone disease of bone metabolic biochemical index and Bone mechanical properties,eight specific biochemical indicators and quantitative experimental data of there respective affect bone metabolism were summarised from a large number of literature about renal osteopathy,then inevitable in the process of experiment and result in missing data for the supplement,completing the data,which was to facilitate the next analysis.Based on the acquired data and the theoretical equation of weinan bone reconstruction,calculated by Bone reconstruction threshold under different states of different conditions.Principal component analysis method is used to eliminate the linearity in eight variables,using multiple linear regression model,take the data to carry on the multiple linear regression analysis,getting bone reconstruction threshold of biochemical indicators of multiple linear regression equation.Writing the corresponding program by the software,on the basis of compare between bone reconstruction threshold according to different conditions is worth the bone mineral density and actual changes in bone density in the literature,the two trendlines are more like;The results verify the rationality of bone reconstruction threshold and availability.This paper mainly studied the quantitative relationship between renal bone disease of bone metabolic biochemical index and trabecular bone mechanical properties,established multiple linear regression equation of bone reconstruction threshold which was related to eight biochemical indicators of renal bone disease.The finite element simulation and the cases of the literature verified the availability of bone reconstruction threshold,which make it possible to infer the changing trend of bone mineral density while in the condition of knowing renal bone disease biochemical index value.
