大庆油田燃机电厂MARK VI系统仿真的研究

【摘要】 相比于其他能源发电,天然气发电具有较大的发展前景,但国内燃机电厂刚刚开始兴起,有经验的燃机电厂运行操作人员并不多,因此需要一套完善的电厂操作人员培训软件。MARK VI控制系统仿真机能全面地模拟现场操作功能,可以在各种情况下模拟启停和正常运行的监控;为岗位操作人员、技术管理人员提供客观评价判断;通过模拟真实情况的事故场景训练操作人员的分析判断能力和应对突发事件的能力。为了实现MARK VI控制系统仿真机的现场模拟操作功能,本文针对大庆油田公司电力集团燃机电厂的#2燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电装置,从燃机电厂的系统建模、MARK VI系统仿真模型和MARK VI系统仿真机的开发等方面开展了深入的研究工作。首先,以大庆油田公司燃机电厂#2燃气-蒸汽联合循环系统为研究对象,分别建立了原动机、发电机、励磁系统和变压器的数学模型,并阐述了燃气-蒸汽联合循环系统的结构和运行原理,为MARK VI系统仿真模型的搭建奠定基础。其次,参考大庆燃机电厂的实际系统数据,采用图形化建模工具SimuBuilder搭建了燃机电厂MARK VI系统仿真模型,仿真验证了燃机电厂原动机输出机械功率、发电机输出电磁功率及发电机转速的动态关系,仿真结果与实验所测数据吻合。通过SimuEngine搭建人机连接的可视化仿真平台,实现了仿真机的用户自定义编程。最后,结合燃机电厂实际系统数据及其运行特点,设计了MARK VI系统仿真机的操作员仿真和图像数据处理系统,研究了仿真机的模拟操作、功能、技术指标及硬件构成,开发一套可以用于燃气机组运行人员培训的仿真培训系统,并分析了仿真机中燃机电厂的功率、空气流量、排气温度等变量在受扰后的动态行为,验证了仿真机仿真结果的有效性。在仿真培训系统的实际应用中,可以完全真实反映出现场工作环境、模拟现场事故、再现事故、自定义参数等多种实用功能。

【Abstract】 Natural gas power generation has a promising future compared to other energy sources,but the domestic gas turbine power plant has just begun to grow up,experienced power plant operators are barely needed.In order to train more excellent operators of gas turbine power plant,a multifunctional training software is required.MARK VI system is able to simulate operation functions and simulate the monitoring data of all kinds of operating status.At the same time,it could provide operators and technical managers with an objective judgement.Through its fault simulation function,the ability of analysis and dealing with emergency events is improved.According to the Daqing Oilfield Co.Power Group fired power plant #2 gas steam combined cycle power generation system,the system model of fired power plant is built and MARK VI system model and MARK VI system simulator is studied in depth in the dissertation.Firstly,the Daqing Oilfield Company Power Group fired power plant #2 gas steam combined cycle power generation system is selected as the research object.The mathematic model of prime mover,generator,excitation system and transformer is constructed and the structure and principle of gas steam combined power system is studied,which lays a foundation for the construction of MARK VI system simulating model;Secondly,based on the real data of Daqing Oilfield gas turbine power plant,SimuBuilder,a graphical model builder is utilized to construct the MARK VI system model.And the dynamic relationship between prime mover mechanical output power,generator output power and generator rotor speed is proved by the simulation experiment.The result corresponds with theoretical results.By the simulating engine SimuEngine,a man-machine visualized platform is built and custom programming is enabled.Finally,combined with the real data and the feature of gas power plant,the operating simulating and the graphical data system of MARK VI system is designed.The operation,function,technical target and hardware construction is then studied to design a simulating training system for gas power plant.Meanwhile,the dynamic response of the output power,air mass flow and exhaust gas temperature are analyzed to prove the validity of simulating results.In the application of the proposed training system,the operating environment,fault simulation,fault reshow,custom parameters and multiple practical function can be simulated approximately to the real facts.
