油田电网故障监视系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 目前,随着科技的进步,用户对电网供电的可靠性、稳定性及电能质量等提出了更高的要求。如何对电网整体进行监视并储存大量的运行数据、如何有效的利用故障录波数据对电网故障进行辅助诊断,成为现阶段大庆油田电网的重要研究课题。本文首先分析了大庆油田故障监视系统的现状,根据油田电网实际提出了一种由主站、子站和以太网组成的监视系统,系统可以通过对子站电气量信号的采集,实现对油田电网故障及整体运行状况进行监视的目的。为了利用故障录波数据进行电网故障监视及辅助诊断,本文设计了以信号采集及通信网络组成的油田电网故障监视子站系统,子站能通过对电流和电压传感器信号的处理,实现对电压、电流等信号的同步釆集。采集得到的信号可以经过通信网路,上传至主站信息管理系统,为用户提供电网运行状况的直观监视服务、为电网故障判断提供辅助帮助,同时用户可以在信息管理系统上快速地进行有功功率等方面的计算。为了实时采集子站系统电气量信号,本文首先通过对数据采集算法与数字滤波方法进行论证,通过传感器及单片机有关优缺点的对比,进行择优选型;然后完成了由通信网络及信号调理模块组成的系统子站硬件设计。系统主站方面,本文对软件的整体思路及各模块流程进行择优设计,使系统具有将测量及计算数据进行显示、处理和分析的功能。采用Delphi软件平台,开发了上位机用户界面,设计了上位机及各模块之间接口,实现了监视设备与计算机的通信,使主站系统具有对电网回路的电气参量以及运行状态进行远程测量的功能,并实现功率、频率、功率因数等参数计算。最后,本文将设计的系统试用到油田电网实际生产当中,通过对油田电网故障数据进行采集分析,并与故障实际情况进行对比试验,验证了系统的正确性和实用性。

【Abstract】 At present,with the progress of science and technology,users of the power supply reliability,stability,power quality put forward higher requirements,etc.How to monitor the whole power grid and store large amounts of operation data,how to effectively use fault wave record data auxiliary diagnosis for power grid failure,become an important research topic in daqing oil field power grid at present stage.This article first analyzes the present situation of fault monitoring system of daqing oil field,according to the actual oilfield network is put forward by a master station,station and Ethernet monitoring system,signal acquisition system pair can stand electric parameters,implementation of oil field power grid faults and overall health for the purpose of monitoring.To take advantage of the fault wave record data grid fault monitoring and auxiliary diagnosis,this paper designed to signal acquisition and communication network composed of oil field power grid fault monitoring station system,sub station is based on the current and voltage sensor signal processing,realize the voltage and current signals such as synchronous distance set.Acquisition of the signal can through the communication network,uploaded to the master station information management system,to provide users with visual monitoring of power grid operation services,to provide supplementary help to power grid fault diagnosis,at the same time users can quickly in the information management system for the calculation of active power,etc.In order to collect real-time signal station system electric parameters,this paper based on the data collection and measurement,through the sensor and MCU about advantages and disadvantages of contrast,best selection;Then completed a system of communication networks and signal conditioning module hardware design.System,the main aspects in this paper,the overall idea of the software and each module for process optimal design,the system will measure and calculate the data for display,processing and analysis functions.Using Delphi software platform,developed a PC user interface,designed the interface between PC and each module,has realized the monitoring equipment and computer communication,make the master station system for grid circuit of electric parameters and running status of remote measurement function,and realize power,frequency,power factor and other parameters are calculated.Finally,the article will design the system of the trial to the actual production of oilfield network is,through the study of the collection and analysis of oil field power grid failure data,and carries on the contrast test and fault situation,verify the correctness and practicability of the system.
